DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Over two and a half months since they took my money!
No delivery, and won’t refund, despite numerous emails.

The quality of the Gazebo screen is poor and has little resemblance to that on the website. It’s cheap, thin polypropylene it won’t last and is worth less than a third of the price paid. The CATCH comes when you wish to return it ( unopened) as returns are to CHINA, not even Europe! Clearly Nordspur acts as if you are purchasing from the U.K or Norway.

Production took ages to arrive. Cheap materials, over priced for what it is. Complicated returns policy.
In my opinion, they are a scam company. Cheap products at high prices. Scam with a product.
Avoid.

Terrible customer service and a very disappointing experience. I’m £72 out of pocket and have received little to no proper support in resolving the issue. The whole experience feels extremely misleading. Think twice before ordering from this company — I wish I had.

Having now looked at Trustpilot, I can see that I am far from the only customer experiencing this issue. I was also not made aware when placing my order that the item would be shipped from China.
I am extremely disappointed, to say the least. The website gives the impression of a professional and reliable company, but unfortunately the level of service I have received has not reflected that at all. I am still without my parcel and have already had to purchase a replacement present elsewhere.

Have been waiting since 2nd July 2026 to receive a product from this company. After a number of emails they responded that they had sent the item out again but still to date nothing has arrived.

This company is the worst Ive ever dealt .DO NOT use them please!! When placed order unaware they were in China order took about 2wks to arrive ,even tried to cancel in that time but emailed ignored.Product was poor quality,been trying to return,3 emails have been sent requesting a refund ,again being ignored! This is a scam company !!!

Do not order from this company, order weeks ago and all I get is constant delay to order, I also suspect these are cheap rubbish that are being sent from China t the lowest price, do not order from their company

They are definitely not in the UK, they are also not in the Netherlands. There delivery time scales are not as advertised. If you don't mind waiting, no problem. TEMU delivery is 3 times faster and from the same country.

Please avoid using this company. I placed an order 2 weeks ago for some velcro fastening trainers for my elderly father. The product and website looked great, had a speedy order confirmation, and then a shipment email all on the same day. I have tracked the shipment frequently in the 2 weeks since and nothing has changed, it basically says order has been despatched, but on the Royal Mail tracking site it says "we're expecting it". I tried to call the company which set alarm bells ringing as the phone number on the website is an invalid number. I have then emailed a few times, I get an automated response saying sorry for delays. So there is no way other way to get in touch with this company, if it indeed exists.
I kick myself for not checking on TrustPilot before placing the order as there are many reviews with similar experience. I have now ordered trainers with a UK based reputable company and they arrived within 3 days.
I honestly believe that NordSpur must be a scam site with an impressive website. I doubt the trainers will ever arrive, and even if they do and i return them I doubt i will ever get a refund.
Awful experience - just avoid

I'm still waiting for my item. I've asked for order to be cancelled and refunded. Nordspur hide behind the 24hr cancellation policy.
Save yourself money and disappointment and buy elsewhere.

Avoid. The product I ordered was very poor quality but the only way to return it was to ship it to China by recorded mail, even though it had been dispatched from Feltham. They offered a 33% discount to keep the item as an alternative.

Took 2 weeks to deliver, tried cancelling during delivery time, returned goods to place of return on packaging, then spent over 3 weeks to get my refund which I finally got.
I had bought 2 of the same item from another company for 75% less and got within a day. Very over priced , they do communicate but do not want to refund, in the end had to threaten with trading standards/import license for UK and Holland, they then finally paid. They never answered what you ask for or evidence you give that they need to refund. Stay well away from this company.

Ordered the wrong size in error,asked for a return to get a refund,as they didn't have my size in stock,going by their website returns address appeared to in Holland,no problem my bad,after a lot of back and forth emails in which i received 3 differant offers of various partial refunds or voucher and keep the item,each time I declined insisting on a refund,finally after numerous more emails i get sanction and details for a return, turns out they're based in China,not Holland as their website would suggest,even have a co.uk email for customer services and they'll do anything in their power to delay a return,absolute time waste

Dreadful !!! Do not buy, cheap rubbish! Be warned!!

Present themselves as Dutch but goods come from China and therefore, take an age. I needed this and just received nonsense update after nonsense update. Only use these people if you are prepared to wait longer than you would expect to

Although the site seems to be european, I had to wait almost 3 weeks for 3 sunshades to be shipped direct from China. When they eventually arrived they were terrible quality. Very disappointed customer.
