Despite appearances, this is NOT a European county. It is based in China but charges European prices so you believe you are getting a good quality product. The product turned up very late and was cheap and flimsy. I’m still battling with them to get a return and refund organised.

Ordered a shade sail which never arrived. The company claimed I wasn’t in to receive the parcel but I never got a note from Royal Mail or any missed doorbell ring with a package (we have a ring). It’s been weeks and it still hasn’t arrived. Their phone number isn’t working and I’m still waiting to hear back about a refund!

I bought a scarf online on 4th July 2026. It arrived on 21st July! I received various emails apologising for the delay with despatching and delivering it! On arrival the the scarf was unsuitable and I immediately requested a refund in line with their published refund policy. The company continually avoid giving me instructions on how to obtain a refund offering various discounts and not answering my questions. I have now given them 7 days to respond otherwise I will refer the company to the ACM.

Waited ages for my order and the first time I tried to use it, it broke. Waiting to hear back regarding a refund.

Beware! Not who they say they are, goods are not as described, cheap Chinese TAT, do not waste your money.

Wish I’d checked Trustpilot first! After a long wait just received a flimsy bit of tat purporting to be a dog cooling mat. Total scam with a seductive website.

I ordered a product 13 days ago from a "UK" website, no indication that it wasnt in the UK and that I would nt receive it in time for my holiday that started 2 days ago. I seem to have paid extra for a "protected" delivery. I complained and questioned delivery 10 days ago and frequently since and I have received 4 condescending emails asking me to be patient. I asked to cancel 6 days ago as I needed it for a holiday and it hadn't arrived. Another condescending email telling me no Refund not possible from get go 13 days ago but its now leaving that unspecified airport with no specified date of delivery to me. Don't buy anything from this company

Complete scam. £65 for a Foldable Playhouse worth about £10 if that. Ones on Amazon I now see for under £50 which are genuine items. Stay well clear of this company

Ordered an outdoor sunshade sail, it too about a month to arrive, quality was poor compared to the photos on the website also the colour wasn’t what was ordered. After about 10 emails and photos to show the them what had arrived I got sent a replacement which I didn’t want, just a refund, this however was at my own expense and had to be sent back to China. I now have 2 sails that i don’t want and £79.00 out of pocket!!! 😡 fuming.
Do not deal with this company.
They charge double what other companies for the same quality.

Really really awful quality. I paid £27 for a toilet bag that when it arrived was so small it is unuseable and the quality is appauling. The toilet bag is worth around £3 on ebay. I would view the site as a scam.Oh and yes it took 6 weeks for delivery

Do not use this company.
I ordered but 2 weeks later no item, no update. I contacted and they keep sending emails stating it will be dispatched soon, delays with couriers and to be patient! Three weeks since ordering now - I asked for a refund and of course the minute a did the item had suddenly been dispatched. Scam!

Poor quality Chinese tat sold overpriced, meaning when you complain you're forced to take a 25% refund because the returns process is insane. Scam tactics.

Appalling. This is a Chinese company masquerading as a UK one. Ordered a power bank 2 weeks ago, received a dispatch notice, then another saying it is still being processed. Had to buy another elsewhere. Request for refund refused twice. It still hasn't been dispatched. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Whole process felt reliable from start to finish. Nothing went wrong, which is kinda rare now.

Very dissapointed with my product. The shorts advertised bore no rressemblance to the product I received - cheap and shoddy. I requested a refund only to find out I had to pay £26 to return them to China DO NOT USE THIS OUTLET

Terrible experience. Lights were very poor quality and when I attempted to return them, the process was appalling - costs of return outstripped value of item. As many have described, this is a Chinese based organisation masquerading as UK. I would not recommend them - steer well clear.

Ordered a belt. It never arrived. Don’t let this Nordic sounding company fool you. It’s China again. Avoid at all costs, can’t give a lower score, but I would if I could.

Be very careful dealing with this company i sent for a shoe implement only to receive the wrong size there was no paperwork with it informing me of the returns address i mistakenly sent it back to the wrong address and they have refused me a refund which was nearly 30.00 i have contacted the office of fair trading so be aware they are a bunch of cowboys

No No No. Do not use. Facade of British Company with Netherlands base. Item delivered was not the item ordered. Website says returns to Netherlands. Return form says return to warehouse in China. 100% negative experience

Purchased a solar solendra warm white spotlight from this company and product fell well short of my expectations for the price paid. The light has to be switched on manually each evening after charging through the day and turned off the following morning which is inconvenient and completely different from most solar lights which work with a dusk/dawn sensor which is far more practible. The light at its brightest is ok but fades quickly. I would not recommend purchasing at this price
