I wish I had read the reviews before my purchase. I bought a camping chair which turns out to be very very quality and not stable to hold my size 8 frame.

Then began the return process and was astonished to find that this is not a UK based website by china one. Yet the website presents itself as UK-based. The return costs are disproportionate and unreasonable in comparison to the value of the item.

It’s all a scam people and am not the only one. Steer clear

Ordered a radio from these chancers. The radio was advertised as having 4 wave bands on it Am, Fm, Shortwave and NOAA. Received a radio about 3 weeks later only Am and Fm. Contacted them and sent the info they required to confirm what I ordered and they offer a 30% discount to keep the radio. A radio that I can pick up in any supermarket or hardware shop for less than £10. I would give them 0 out of 5 if Trustpilot had that option. Pay to return the radio yourself. What a joke. What a crap company.

UPDATE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE LIARS. The sleeping bag has come and it's a bit of cheap tat. Very poorly made and not fit for purpose; it was described as 4 seasons but it would only be fit for summer.
I asked to return it and these liers tried to palm me off with a 25% discount, which is no good to me as the sleeping bag is useless.
They warned me that return costs would be expensive because it has to go back to China....from this company which poses as a UK company.
Further to that, they said that tracking must be sorted by me, or I wouldn't get a refund at all. The label they sent me wouldn't open either. It would cost me around £16.00 to return it anyway,maybe more and I don't trust them to not say that it got lost, even if I did send it by tracked delivery.
They've fleeced me for £35.00, it would end uo being morelos £50.00 if I returned it to them.
I know some people might be thinking tbat i'm making a lot of fuss over it, but its a lot of money to me.

This company advertised itself as Nordspur UK but they are based in China and have no UK presence.
I ordered a,sleeping bag which cost £34.95 and then saw the exact same sleeping bag on TEMU for £9.10....same advert/ photo etc.
I contacted this lying company 2 days ago, to ask to cancel my order, which still hasn't been posted. I have asked them repeatedly why they pose as a UK company and I get no answer. They also keep insisting that the order has been posted, when it hasn't; they just created a label when I asked for a,refund. AVOID this fraudulent company at all costs.
I will add to this review if I ever receive the sleeping bag , which I will return as soon as I receive it.

It would appear that Nordspur UK are not based in the UK at all and are in fact, based in China. I ordered a sleeping bag from them and, as it was taking a long time to arrive, I checked the order status and found that it was being posted from China and hadn't even been sent. I contacted them and asked them to cancel the order as it was needed for the beginning of June and I got a stupid message back saying that my order was in it way, when it clearly isn't. There should be strict laws about companies claiming to be UK based, or have UK premises/ warehouse. Further to this, the reviews i've read of the products are that they are poor quality, don't match descriptions and it's virtually impossible to get a refund...so it looks like i've been ripped off.
There are also a lot of companies with various derivatives of Nordspur, so I assume they regularly change their UK trading name.
I have also just seen the exact same slerping bag on TEMU for £9.10. Nordspur UK charged mr £34.95. Rip off thieves

Ordered some shorts that were several sizes off what they were supposed to be. The quality was also atrocious. The company refused to pay for postage and packaging for return to China and the best off they gave me after many emails was a part refund. Which I accepted rather than taking legal action which I wouldn't know how to do

The smart watch arrived on time and had a good sturdy appearance. However it is very inaccurate with the steps indicator showing up to 40% more compared to 3 other reputable smart watches tested alongside it.
After only 2 weeks the display on the watch face has dimmed considerably and the battery has a limited life after charging.

The heat belt I ordered provided no heat at all. I asked for their advice, which they promised would be within 2 days, and heard nothing.

Although the .co.uk site purports to be based in the Netherlands, if you want to return items they demand that you return them to China! Even though the website gives a Netherlands return address!!

Avoid at all costs

If there was a zero, I would rate it zero. Website appears to be British (or Scandinavian) firm. It cannot be! Now I have the item, this has all the signs of a Chinese company. I ordered a phone charger/ power bank. It took 17 days to arrive, probably because Strait of Hormuz was closed. The instructions, translated from Chinese are appalling. So bad, they are useless and there is no way of finding out which company made this. I am very afraid that this might cause a fire when charging and am considering passing it on to Trading Standards/ Which. I am waiting for ‘Hannah’ from NordSpur to get back to me. I wish I had checked out NordSpur on here before I ordered. I have learned a huge lesson.

Con artists: Beware! The website and reviews look good and legitimate, and the site came up on search results so I took the bait and bought a product.i ordered a GPS tracker watch, which was just a watch strap - no GPS. The description speaks about the GPS features and great features through the app, not once does it say “GPS not included” (see website: kids-gps-wristband-for-travel-safety).

You could buy the exact same product on Amazon for £6, and I paid £30. Since returns are back to China at your own expense, I’m not sure what I’ll do now.

This is definitely not a legitimate company. They sent out the wrong pair of boots (completely different with a Chinese logo on them) and of very poor quality.

They have no customer service number and a very slow email response. They try to then charge you for returning the goods to China at your OWN cost. This is not within practices of UK trading standards. They dont care once they have your money.

As others have stated they offered 30% partial refund to leave as is. I assume this scam works often for them do not purchase

Avoid at all costs

Picked up the jacket during a cold snap and wasn’t expecting much. Ended up being warmer then I thought without restricting movement. It layers well and doesn’t feel stiff which I hate in outerwear. Honestly feels practical not trendy.

Don't be fooled like me by the sleek branding and website. Nordspur sell Chinese tat direct from the factories. I bought some Chelsea boots which looked to be nice quality and good value. They took 3 weeks to arrive and when they did I found then to be made of plastic and were also 2 sizes too big for me. Customer services advised I'd have to return the product direct to China within 30 days and cover shipping expenses. It just wasn't worthwhile to do this and risky with the time frame. The boots wen straight to the charity shop. A massive waste of money, time and plastic! AVOID.

Do not trust descriptions of goods, I ordered durable water resistant ‘leather’ boots. Product arrived ‘not leather’. Company do not admit false description of goods advertised & goods are returned to ‘China’ at your own cost. Immediately offer a partial refund 30% & keep the unwanted goods. Landed on 70% refund after exchange of messages……just to say be extra vigilant when something seems to good to be true 🤨

A dodgy Chinese company pretending to be Uk based or even Netherlands. Returns policy is slippery and the returns address on the website is actually incorrect and it seems they need to be returned to China at a huge cost. I have been offered all sorts of deals re the refund and now they have sent the boots back to me without asking after I returned them to the Dutch address and I haven’t had a refund but they were trying to offer me 70%. VERY VERY DODGY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Chinese shop. Long delivery time and poor quality. Sending back to China at your own cost. Avoid.

Took the lights along on a coastal trip and they handled wind and moisture without any problems. That was reassuring, especially given how unpredictable the weather was.

I tend to stick with brands that do not over complicate things, this one clearly focuses on function first which I appreciate, it feels like gear made to be used, not babied!
