North East Bifolds Ltd Reviews

Bifold have changed my home completely with aluminium doors and windows they look fantastic. The company is very professional they listern to what you want thier work is first class. They windows and doors were fitted to a very high standard by an excellent window fitter. After having my windows fitted I went on to have the company make and fit the front and back door. All the team at bifold are great friendly people I would recommend this company 100% thank you so much.

Very please with North East Bi Folds
The communication was excellent
The lantern was simplistic to position
Very please with Chris Craig's and his excellent team

I approached Chris with an ongoing issue with my 10 year old doors, (purchased from another company). I was prepared to replace them however Chris and his team have adjusted them and they are now working smoother than they ever did.
Not only was he honest enough not to take my money and replace the doors but Chris has also refused payment for fixing them. I can't believe the kindness from a complete stranger! I will 100% be replacing my doors with North East bifold in the future. THANK YOU!!

Great service and competitive. Chris and the team responded to questions and any snagging and delivered a 1st class job.

I always use north east big folds as they are competitive price wise while product and service are first class

5 🌟

Very helpful service every time. Super fast turnaround and always a great product. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my aluminum doors and windows.

The 2 men that fitted the windows went beyond what they needed to do and were very friendly .

First class manufacturer - and best of all, local.
Quotation was not only quick and easy, but very reasonable. After going to the showroom to look at the options, the team came out to measure up accurately.
Emails and queries were responded to immediately, nothing was too much trouble. On the day of fitting the team arrived slightly earlier than the appointed time, and the doors installed quickly and efficiently. After fitting I emailed to ask whether another handle could be fitted - they came later that morning to fit one. All in all, an outstanding team and excellent customer relations.
