North East Bifolds Ltd Reviews

This company is extremely helpful, courteous and professional.
They are proficient and really quick to help out when a repair was needed to another companies work.

A nice tidy job. Fitters had high attention to detail and all looks in great order.

Delivered on time and great product!

nothing was to much trouble to them, ordered before Christmas for delivery after,on time good quality, reasonably priced, helpful with the installation, client delighted with the end result

So, our 9 month old Golden Retriever decided it would be fun to pull out, chew and destroy the frame gasket under the openings on my bifold doors. These doors were fitted a few years ago back by a company who went pop !

But a quick message to Tony and he came riding to the rescue like a knight in shining armour !

Only confirmed they stock this gasket and told me to pop into the factory tomorrow and he’d get me some to replace the damaged one !

It’s half nine on a Thursday night and I wasn’t expecting a reply ! So thank you from the bottom of my heart mate

Will certainly recommend you to everyone I know !!

Thank you !

I've used North East Bifolds for work in the past and found them to be very professional and their work is of a very high standard.

More recently I had them out to potentially replace a utility room window but they very honestly spotted the issue not being with the window and instead a vent that is situated above the window. This has saved me hundreds of pounds and their honesty was hugely appreciated!

Fantastic quality and service from North East Bifolds!
We are thrilled with our new Crittal style doors.

Good quick service and reliable

We couldn’t be more happier with our experience at North East Bifolds. From the first time we visited the showroom, the team provided exceptional service, guiding us through the options and helping us choose the best doors for us. The aftercare has been just as impressive, ensuring that our doors are perfect.

We’re absolutely delighted with the quality and appearance of the doors. They've become the statement feature of our open-plan lounge and diner.

We would highly recommend North East Bifolds to anyone!

Excellent customer service and very competitive pricing. Installation team were friendly and efficient.

I can not recommend this company highly enough. We built an extension to our home last year and NEB were the easiest company to work with during the whole process. They adequately catered to our design requests and offered their experienced advice from start to finish. The size and quality of our bi-fold doors are apart of the 'wow factor' to our newly extended home.

I would also like to mention, that their showroom is well worth a visit.

We have used North East Bifolds for many years, great service and great lads

Great to deal with, top quality product and an honest service

Fantastic lift and slide sliding patio doors and roof lantern

After looking online at various companies who supplied aluminium sliding doors I came across NORTH EAST BIFOLDS LTD and they didn’t disappoint.

I visited the showroom and was very impressed by the quality of the products.

Chris and Tony were superb and their communication was excellent.

Would definitley recommend this company.

We really highly recommend this company. We have used them since they opened great products and brilliant staff.

I recently had bifold doors, windows, and a lantern roof installed, and I can't recommend North East Bifold's service enough. From beginning to end, the team showcased exceptional professionalism and expertise.

Tony and Chris deserve special mention for their leadership and keen attention to detail, ensuring everything went smoothly. Their customer-centric approach made the process effortless and stress-free. Phil and Andy from the support team were also excellent—always available to answer questions and offer helpful advice with a great attitude.

Chris truly exceeded expectations by arriving early, removing all the boards, and preparing the space for the bifold windows, doors, and lantern roof installation, even though it wasn’t part of his job. His dedication is remarkable.

Paul and Eric, who carried out the installation, surpassed all expectations. Their craftsmanship was top-notch, and they worked with impressive skill and efficiency. The final result is fantastic, and their professionalism throughout was commendable.

If you're in search of high-quality products and a team that excels at every stage, I highly recommend North East Bifold. They are truly leaders in their field.
