Very attentive staff. Speedy delivery when needed. Courteous. Nothing too much trouble. Northern Energy is trying to gauge our usage for top. We are a new customer but most of the village use them. Highly recommend.

Delivery arrived on time. Only problem was the driver forgot to return the gauge cover which he put in his pocket. Hopefully it will be replaced.

Have only just started with them for LPG - no choice really aa the site negotiated the deal way before o moved in.

Had to speak to them on the phone to ask a couple of questions and it was like service used to be in the olden days. No call queuing or button pressing. Just got through to one person who answered all my questions. It was a pleasure to deal with her.

As I say it’s early days so see how things go.

Excellent service from NE. Being able to top up the tank when it’s at 50% is a brilliant initiative and ensures customers can stay in control off the costs of topping up. On the odd occasion when I’ve had to call their office it’s so refreshing to be able to speak to a friendly individual rather than someone in a call centre. Keep up the good work.

This company actually care about their customers, fantastic first class service always from office staff and delivery drivers. I have never had to worry about getting my LPG delivery and they never let you down. Very competitive prices, and always pass the reduction on to the customer when they can do so, you know you’re getting the best deal possible. Thankyou Northern Energy it is much appreciated.

I have been a Northern Energy customer for LPG for many years and have always found them friendly and efficient; I have never been left without gas, which did happen in the past with other companies. I wish they could match the lower prices offered by some, so can only give them 4 stars.

Excellent communication with the office. All drivers of the tankers very easy to deal with and again very helpful. They are all obviously very proud of the company and being at the sharp end present the company in a very good light. Also very easy to talk to the office and discuss any issues. NOT an answering machine or reading scripted answers. Real people proud of their company who realise the importance of the customer. As a result we have full confidence in the company and the support they provide. Thank you.

I received an email asking me to check my tank and send the level. After this I was offered a slot to fit me in for a gas top up.
The tank delivery arrived the very next day with a lovely driver who was cheery and chatty. Excellent experience.

After 10+ years with a multi national supplier I moved to Northern Energy earlier this year for my LPG. The reason I changed supplier was due to fact that during the period December/January my supplier regularly had difficulty in providing automatic top ups, and it was not unusual for my tank to read zero despite my repeated requests for a delivery. So far Northern Energy have been able to provide a top up within 48 hours of my putting in a request, and this level of service means that I no longer have to be worried about running out and chasing constantly for delivery details. So far I am delighted with the service provided.

Excellent communication and offer of mid summer propane top up so sensible for both sides. Drivers very skilfully manage a difficult tank access. Prices kept at a very reasonable low level. Cannot think of a better level of service

I emailed a request for an LPG top-up and it arrived next morning! But if I do need to phone about anything, the phone's answered without my being held a queue or having to listen to music; staff are helpful and know what they're doing. (It seems very odd that the big suppliers charge more for worse service.)
