Norton Windows Reviews 

We chose Norton Windows to supply and fit a new Guardian Warm Roof on our 15 year old conservatory, replacing the original polycarbonate roof. We signed our contract on 25 September and had the roof completed on 26 October - far quicker than we had expected. From start to finish Norton Windows were excellent. As promised, they had the old roof off and the new one on in the first day and then worked to complete the fitting. The amount of insulation we saw going into the new roof leaves us in no doubt that the conservatory will now become a more usable space for more of the year. Previously it was too cold over the autumn and winter months for much of the time. The electricians and plasterers were sub-contracted by Norton Windows and were also excellent, turning up on the due days and also doing excellent work. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use them again in the future.

We had a solid roof put onto conservatory and new front door fitted. We received an excellent service, very reliable and the tradesman were excellent and very clean, they were very accommodating worked around my ability to work from home. Very happy with the roof and front door is looks amazing. Highly recommend.

Their work has failed 3 years down the line and now communication is appalling, rude when you do get through. All very well until they've got your money. Just getting the run around.

The whole process was straightforward with honest pricing & design option explained in detail by Kev on initial visit. Timekeeping & phone responses excellent. The team who fitted the windows were amazing,clean & tidy. We could feel the difference the first evening - reduced outside noise perfect night sleep & no excess heat from the sun,the energy efficiency / quality of the product is worth it (Liniar profile,Argon sealed units,Yale Lock handles). The windows make the house look brand new,wish I had changed them sooner.
Will be contacting Kev / Norton Windows for new doors in the future :)

Norton Windows replaced our conservatory roof and also our front door. They provided a first class service and first class results. Their recommended plasterer produced a brilliant smooth finish to the roof interior. We are extremely pleased with their work and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
