So helpful Lucy helped to design and supply 3 bathrooms very efficient and beautiful quality

Bought a few items together and corresponded by e mail. The extra technical information needed was immediate as was their customer service regarding delivery etc.
Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Very refreshing!

For the last 18 months we have been undergoing a huge renovation and used Nosa products in all of the bathrooms. Of course, any issues that have arisen has been at the end of the build during the second fix. Here issues have not been any error on Nosa’s part, it been the odd part going missing. Despite it being many months since our order both times I have contacted Nosa, Anita has been so helpful and attentive and made it priority to resolve our issues and get the parts out in on the day of the contact. Outstanding service and an absolute breath of fresh air,l! Thank you Anita. I whole heartedly recommend Nosa!

Anita was incredibly helpful, friendly and responsive. She went above and beyond to help ensure I could get the right products on time. I would 100% shop again at Nosa and recommend them, Anita played a big part in that positive experience.

The quality of product and packaging was first class. Also, had a slight issue with the waste colour which Anita kindly resolved quickly and was an absolute please to deal with. Customer service like that is rare these days.

If I could give more stars I would!! The products are great quality and a great price. The only thing better than the product is the customer service. Anita has gone above and beyond making sure my orders have arrived to suit my tight timescales. A lot of other companies could learn a lesson from Nosa!

Great customer service from Anita - on discovering that I'd forgotten to order a waste to go with my vanity, I called up to ask that it was added to the order. The vanity had already promptly left but they offered to provide the waste for free, with free postage. Great example of customer service going above and beyond.

Anita was absolutely amazing in helping us resolve the issue that we had with our sink. The entire process from start to finish was seamless.

The service from purchase to aftercare is first class and what you want and would expect from a luxury brand.

I purchased the Vermont bath, Faro wall hung toilet, missoni vanity unit and accessories pack.

The products are 1st class and my family are 100% satisfied.

The Missoni vanity unit was too deep for a bathroom and remained unopened in it’s its original packaging. Although we were outside of the returns period Anita was very helpful and agreed to a return and refund.

My only issue is that Nosa doesn’t have a suitable replacement for my small bathroom otherwise I would have completed an exchange.

Would recommend Nosa and will purchase again If I renovate another bathroom in future.
