I love my new bathroom
I don’t often write reviews but I felt I had to after my experience with Nosa. The service I received was second to none, from start to finish everything was handled so professionally. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely friendly which made the process so much easier. Having the confidence to order my bathroom online came with reservations but I’m so pleased that I did. The quality of the products is outstanding and now my bathroom looks absolutely stunning, really good value for money. On top of that the company offered free delivery which was really quick and hassle feee. I will definitely be returning for my next bathroom project. A very happy customer. Thank you

Customer service as good as its products!
I contacted Nosa to enquire about delivery times, details regarding shower trays, the finish on the vanity units, colours etc... and spoke to Anita. From the outset, she was incredibly helpful and how refreshing to actually be able to speak to a person rather than a machine and someone who is knowledgeable and incredibly helpful! She did an amazing job with helping to put the order through, ensure everything arrived within our tight deadlines and even emailed to check we were happy with everything. The products Nosa supply are of excellent quality, we were particularly delighted with the Claridge vanity unit in stone, which has received endless compliments and the Edge polished white shower tray which drains very well and looks very sleek and timeless and cleans well. Thank you firstly to Anita, you are brilliant at your job, very personable and have a good sense of humour and secondly, thanks to Nosa, we are incredibly happy with our new bathroom!

Without doubt the best customer service I’ve experienced!
Anita is amazing at her job. I changed the colour of the bathroom tiles, very last minute and this meant all the items in my order needed to amended to suit the change. Anita handled this for me, without any issue and the ordered arrived in good time too. It’s very high quality,
at a reasonable price. I will definitely use Nosa again in the future. Highly recommended!!

This has been one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time.
