Beautiful bath and basin, delivered quickly. The Customer Service was exemplary. I spoke to Lucy who was so lovely and helpful. Having dealt with a number of suppliers during this renovation, Nosa was easily the stand out company for me. Personal service and excellent quality products. Fantastic.

I cannot praise their customer service more highly. We ordered a beautiful fluted stone bath which was delivered quickly and efficiently, however we encountered a weight problem with the joists in the property that was going to be too expensive to overcome. Anita was completely brilliant and arranged for collection of the bath with no charge and a full refund. I genuinely was blown away. Thank you SO much, we won't hesitate to buy from you for the next project.

Dealt with Anita on the purchase of several items for our new bathroom - she went above and beyond to help and was able to provide us with a great deal along with fantastic customer service - availible and able to answer any questions we had.

I cannot recommend Nôsa highly enough. I recently purchased a marble basin from them and, from start to finish, the experience has been exceptional.

The quality of the products is absolutely stunning, genuine luxury pieces that elevate a space instantly. But what really sets Nôsa apart is their customer service. Throughout my order and exchange, the team (special thanks to Anita) went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy. Every message I sent was met with prompt, professional, and genuinely caring responses.

Even when I had concerns about natural variations in the marble, they handled everything with patience, understanding, and a level of support I have never experienced from any other company. At no point did I feel like "just another customer". I felt valued and looked after.

The end result is a basin I absolutely love, and I know I will be back for more in the future. Without doubt, this has been the best customer service I have ever received.

Great marble basin at a competitive price, I had to contact customer service for advice on an accessory and they were so helpful and polite, very professional and knowledgeable. Overall communication with my order was good too with a quick delivery time.

I have just ordered a vanity unit from Nosa. The lady I spoke to, Anita, was amazing. I struggled a little with the website and she went out of her way to make sure that my order was exactly what I wanted and that the payment went through. Throughout she was pleasant and friendly and she updated me with the delivery details once the payment went through.
All in all perfect customer service.

I’ve not received the vanity yet as I only ordered the other day, but the customer service has been fab, particularly Anita. Thank you!

Can’t praise (Anita) enough.
Nothing was any trouble, from choosing something that fitted my requirements. Product knowledge was a huge help.
Anita helped me pick everything I needed also things I did not no i needed.
Absolute saint with plenty of experience and patience.
No pushy sales tactics, just worked with my requirements.

I don’t often write reviews but really felt this company were excellent in all departments. Very helpful staff and a wonderful product. Any questions or queries were promptly met as were refunds when necessary. I would definitely recommend this company.
