Slow Service, Slow Delivery, Poor Company
Ordered a small parcel item from this company and it took 1 week to arrive, which i was quite surprised at for such a small item. As it took this long to arrive, we had to ask our plumber to come back to fit the mixer. Once he came back, we checked the product and the wrong finish had been sent. I contacted their Customer Service regarding the error and now to return the item as i managed to source a replacement elsewhere (free next day delivery may i add) and now im getting no response from their customer service team, despite chasing. Slow with delivery and now slow with responses. Not a great experience.

Just to clarify, I did reply to your 15/10 email (twice), but it appears those messages didn’t make it through. I have sent you this by email but let me know if these do not land in your inbox again.
Interesting to hear that delivery times can be shortened if I call. Thankfully, competitors seem to manage that level of service without needing a phone call.

Your order was placed online, and our standard delivery timeframe is 2–5 working days. That said, if you had called us, we could have looked to bring your delivery forward to better suit your schedule.

Customer service is incredible. I rang after ordering the Vermont sink and shelf asking about which waste to order. The first lovely lady (so sorry I don’t recall the name) spoke me through the correct item to order. I then rang back to ask about delivery dates - Anita was so helpful and has organised delivery of some items sooner than others to ensure our bathroom can all be fitted when booked in with the plumbers!
I had confirmation emails straight away from them confirming the change in delivery.
Best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Emailed on the 2nd October asking when a product is due to come back into stock and whether they had any "real life" pictures of it rather than the website images. Unfortunately I got no reply. I followed up with another polite email on 6th October in case my original got missed. Again got no reply. This level of response concerns me - if they are like this for a new customer enquiring about buying something, what would they be like dealing with any issues on something that has already been purchased? Not a great first impression, certainly enough to make me think twice about buying from here I am sorry to say.
