I have been very remiss in not writing this before but my house refurbishment is finally finished and the items that I purchased from Nosa were of great quality and really beautiful pieces. The best part of the entire experience however was dealing with Lucy from customer services. She was incredible! Very kind and diligent throughout the whole process and when something went wrong ( which can happen with any company ) she was great at sorting my problem out and not leaving me in the lurch. It’s given me total confidence to buy again and recommend this online company.

good products - great aftercare
Nice kit good value, delivered on time, well packed, easy to install. I can't comment on its durability as its only just been installed but so far so good.
Our plumber lost a part and Nosa replaced FOC by return including covering the postage. Special mention to Anita and the customer service team who were fab.

Excellent Build Quality, Good Price and Superb After-Sales
After looking for a very specific bathroom vanity unit, we found Nosa who provided a Missoni product which was exactly what we wanted. The product arrived quicker than expected and for the price we found it to be exceptional build and design quality. The item was a doddle to fit and looks amazing in our newly remodelled bathroom. A little while after installation, we were looking for some accessories to match the colour so contacted Lisa for some after-sales support. We were looking to find out the colour coding for the unit so that we could get the accessories we found repainted to match. Although there was no specific colour coding available, Lisa sent a colour swatch to allow us to take this to be colour matched ourselves. The swatch was with us 24 hours after requesting it. I can highly recommend Nosa, for exceptional quality, good value and top-notch after-sales support.

Beautiful unit
The 1400mm Grovenor Unit is stunning and oozes quality. The marble top requires cutting for the taps so my advice would be to ensure that’s communicated to the fitter in advance of an installation.

Great service! The matte black tap I ordered had some chipped off paint at the nozzle. I emailed customer support, and they dispatched a replacement within 2 days. Great product, great customer service - I'll be ordering again.

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with a flush plate due to it being installed incorrectly by the builder and they sent out spare parts straight away. Lucy was brilliant and very understanding. We've also been very impressed with the quality of the bathroom suite and will be ordering again when we do the next bathroom
