Die mit der Firma Nova Post angeblich zugestellten Waren unterschiedlicher Verkäufer habe ich niemals erhalten. Auf Anfrage keine Antworten der Firma. Diesen Dienstleister sollte man unbedingt meiden.

Nova Post Deutschland ist die reine Katastrophe. Paket kommt nicht an, im Service niemand zu erreichen und wenn spricht er kein Deutsch. Auf Mails KEINERLEI Rückmeldung. Unfassbar unseriös und unprofessionell.

Eigentlich kein Stern.
Erreichbarkeit gut,aber nul Auskunft .
Auf die Frage immer ein lange stumme
Pause,ergentwelch Geräusche im Hintergrund und eine Stille,dann eine verwirrte ,schwammige Antwort in einem schlechten Deutsch.Verweis auf eine Mail. In der Mail steht deutlich,Päckchen ist verloren,sprich,verloren bei Nova Post,aber klären sollte ich bei dem Hersteller der Wahre.
Im Endeffekt lasst der Kunde es einfach fallen, und Nova Post kassiert doppel,was man nicht tut um Ukraine zu Unterstützen.
PS:ich würde gerne auf ehrliche weise und freiwillig spenden.

This company is incompetent at every level. Their IT department builds web pages where the options buttons for confirming the recipient's package covers the bottom of the address.

There is no customer service. They don't respond to phone calls or emails

Extrem aggressiver Lieferant, nie wieder!

ich habe Novopost mehrfach angerufen und E-Mails geschrieben, aber leider bis jetzt keine Antwort erhalten. Ich war die ganze Zeit zu Hause, aber niemand hat geklingelt. Laut E-Mail wurde mein Paket bereits zugestellt. Ich habe es leider nicht erhalten und auch keinen Abholzettel oder eine Information, wo sich mein Paket momentan befindet.

Two parcels are stuck in Ukraine thet tracking hasn't updated for weeks. Called them twice, they just don't pick up the phone in Germany and suddendly it's hung up. Tried to email them as well numerous times on their German branch support_de at novaposta, but they don't answer. What now? Two packages lost and nothing can be done. It's laughable...

I sent with Nova Post an insured parcel up to 800 Euro from Germany to Poland. The equipment was completely damaged, the screen was broken. I applied for compensation, but my application was rejected along with a stupid excuse. All that remains is for me to take legal action. This is my worst experience compared to other courier companies. I don't recommend this company to anyone

Very impressive the comments about this company, seems to be the world best courrier, no? Their website is perfectible, the collect points quite rare except on the French riviera...

Pacco partito Lunedi 17 febbraio 2025 e arrivato puntualissimo ad Odessa, città di Nazione in guerra..., alle 7.45 domenica 23 febbraio 2025 alle poste Ukraine, e ritirato alle 13.45 dello stesso giorno. SENZA PAROLE.......
Le Poste Italiane si devono NASCONDERE al cospetto!!!!
Userò sicuramente di nuovo Nova Post e la consiglierò a tutti i miei conoscenti e amici

Servicio super efficiente, attenzione molto amabile, e poi in più prezzi molto competitivi. Veramente un top!

Servizio eccellente, oltre alla spedizione, c’è anche la possibilità di acquistare il pacco più adatto e farsi imballare il tutto. Personale gentilissimo, punto di spedizione pulito e accogliente. Mio figlio ha apprezzato particolarmente l’angolo bimbi con i disegni da colorare in attesa.

At 11:56 AM today, I received a message stating that the delivery of parcels would take place today. I called the courier three times, but he did not answer. I also contacted support twice, and I was told that either the courier or the operator would call me back. However, no one has called back.

Nova Post España no cumple servicio contratado, envío a Ucrania bloqueado mas de una semana en BCN, lo peor, falta de soporte e información 😡😤

Spedizione tempi oltre ogni aspettativa, 1 giorno lavorativo per spedire un pacco voluminoso al nord Italia.

Employees are absolutely incompetent, drivers lie that they came by but blame you for not being home when in fact you were. They don’t even try to deliver the parcel to the concierge/post office at your address that is 24/7 open to receive packages. Use anything else but this company if want to receive a package! I called them to ask where driver is, after aprox 1 hour they came back asking if I had a question not answering my first, i.e. where is the driver with my package? Such companies should not exist!
