Novelship Reviews

Avoid at all cost!
I was charged twice and not received anything i ordered because it kept coming up with "something went wrong" and the money has gone from my bank... when I contacted them they ask for an order number that I dont have

I ordered a pair of Jordan 1 low baned form Novelship 3 weeks ago and I still have not received my package.
I reached out to Novelship about the issue and they told me that the item was at Singapore, that was a week ago.
Either they have not shipped my item or its lost and now they are ignoring me and not replying to my emails.
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP WITH NOVELSHIP AS THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
As I said I was supposed to receive my shoes on the 11th and according to them it has been in Singapore since then. Definitely fishy

If i could give a Minus star rating i would. I would highly suggest never using this company at all. It put through an order in April 2026 . Only for them to tell me that they have cancelled my order. And 3 months on i still have not recieved my refund. I email them every week since and still have not got my money back, There customer service is absolutely diabolical. Im still chasing them for my refund. Its all a big scam to get your money. And now they keep bombarding me with Marketing email for which i can not stop.

Awful company. Offered an expedited delivery at an extra (approximately) £20 for delivery between 5th and 9th June. Regular shipping took a week longer. The shoes still haven’t arrived on June 12th and expected delivery date is June 15th to 16th. After having several failed attempts at getting a response form their customer services I eventually managed to get an answer on live chat. They told me that they won’t refund the expedited fee because it only means they will prioritise your order, it doesn’t actually mean you’ll necessarily get your order any quicker. Total scam, I will never shop here again.

Avoid using this site at all costs. Scam scam scam. You’ll never see your order coming. I got scammed with 500 dollars

The defective product was shipped as is, and the company stated that it had been inspected. A complaint has been filed regarding the delay, but customer service has repeatedly delayed, and legal action is anticipated.

⚠️ WARNING: Think twice before buying from @Novelship

I purchased a MIU MIU blazer on 12 May for MYR 2,726. It took over THREE WEEKS to arrive because of their own seller fulfilment issue. When it finally arrived on 4 June, it was the wrong size.

The item is unused. Unworn. Tags intact. I contacted them immediately.

Their response? A refund of MYR 1,783 — nearly RM1,000 less than I paid — with zero explanation. When I asked twice for an itemised breakdown of the deduction, they responded both times with "various factors assessed by our Finance team." That is not an answer.

They then told me MYR 1,783 is their "final assessed amount" and that I can take it or leave it.

So to summarise:
— I waited 3+ weeks for delivery due to THEIR fulfilment failure
— Item arrived wrong size
— Item is unused and in perfect condition
— They are withholding nearly RM1,000 of my money with no explanation
— They have refused twice to tell me how they calculated this

This is not a return policy. This is taking a customer's money and hoping they go away quietly.

I have filed a formal complaint with CASE (Consumers Association of Singapore) and will be pursuing this further.

Novelship — if you are reading this, you still have the opportunity to do the right thing. Order No. B1M5YQLWNM.

I ordered shoes… it was taking forever to get any shipping info and I was gong to be away for work for an extended time… I didn’t want them showing up on my doorstep and sitting there for weeks. I reached out, was told the ordered had been canceled… then I start getting notifications about how they found a new pair of size 8s, and they would begin the authentication process- so their system glitched and when one pair wasn’t found (which is why everything was taking so long), it sought another, and produced a different order number. I reached out to customer services, with all of this info, and was assured the order had been canceled, I have nothing to worry about … well, guess what? It wasn’t! The shoes arrived, sat on my front step for 2.5 weeks. I reached out to Novelship when I saw the package on my cameras… they then began hassling me to let them know the status of the shoe. I was delayed traveling home, and got a couple snarky messages demanding an update- I responded that flights had been delayed, therefore I was delayed. I finally get home, check shoes and box, send pics to Novelship expecting an apology and shipping info… instead I was told I would cover shipping (approx $60) but they would refund me $58 total… so I would ultimately be out of pocket $204, and they would get to resell the shoes.

I would never buy from Novelship again. Super shady and infuriating experience.

Don't do it. Just don't!

Customer service is TERRIBLE. if you need to get a refund they will ignore you. Multiple emails messages on Facebook chat and they still cannot provide information on how to actually return.

do not order from here, the shoes was not right few slight missing details to the Asics plus the sizeing was wrong then when i went to return them they offered my 50% refund and would not give me a full refund, to change the size they wanted £40 i bought the shoes again from Asics and when i compared them both together you could see a massive difference i will never buy from here again poor service

Received obviously fake trainers after waiting over 3 weeks. The support form online didn’t work so had to resort to emailing them manually and have so far not had an acknowledgment they have received my complaint.

Having now (admittedly too late) read the reviews on here I am even more suspicious about the outcome I am likely to get. Of course I’m expecting a full refund of the item plus all shipping costs.

Not sure how UK trading standards are allowing this site to operate in the UK when so many of its products are obviously counterfeit. Surely being a reseller marketplace is not an excuse under UK law?

Will update once/if I get a response and resolution.

But if you’re reading this, steer well clear and do not risk your money or time buying anything from this site.

I’d give Novelship zero stars if I could.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. It is daylight robbery. You will not get your full money back if you request a refund. It is outrageous they can get away with it — hopefully not for long

These are massive scammer, they lie on delivery and make you pay additional without providing the service, cheap thiefs, do not ever make business with this bunch of lying scammers

Ordered a pair of trainers but it appeared my payment didn’t go through. Made the payment again minutes later not noticing the price had increased by £40 in the interim. They sent an email stating they realised my error and would cancel my second order. In spite of that email they dispatched both orders. When I asked to return the unopened second order they offered me a refund of about 35% of my payment and I would have to pay the shipping fees also!! If I return the unopened box they can sell them again!
Immoral unscrupulous company. Do not buy from them and read the other reviews.

I had a disappointing experience with Novelship.

I purchased Nike Zoom Rival Waffle 6 shoes, order BPGR18QE2G, on 5 May 2026 and received them on 19 May 2026. The shoes were for my child’s athletic use. After trying them on indoors only, we found the actual fit was much smaller than expected and not like a normal EU 38.

What concerns me is that other websites and retailers clearly warn that this model runs small and recommend sizing up, but Novelship’s product page did not mention this important sizing information at all. For performance footwear, this can easily mislead customers into choosing the wrong size.

I contacted Novelship the next day and provided the requested photos of the shoe size labels. However, they refused any refund, exchange, store credit, or other practical solution, saying the labelled size matched Nike’s size information and the authentication tag had been removed.

In my view, Novelship did not properly care about the customer receiving shoes that were not suitable in practical size. The return and exchange process was extremely difficult, and the after-sales support was poor.

Based on my experience, I would be very cautious buying performance footwear from Novelship. I do not feel this was a trustworthy shopping experience.

One star is too much
Charged me 60 for next day delivery them bill me for a 220 pound Burberry cap that’s about as genuine as they are . They don’t respond to messages when you tell them the qr codes are fake like the whole outfit . The cap should have an ‘R’ innit after c am afraid .

The company is slow to communicate. Tried to cancel my order minutes after purchase
They didn't get back to
Me for 3-4 hours and hours was conveniently flagged as shipped before they contacted me to cancel it.
And even tho they acknowledged it was mere minutes after the order was placed they still charged a fee
Would not trust em. Lucky I got some money back

Took longer than expected to receive order. The shoes did not fit properly, so I attempted a return and was told they would only refund 103.00, which was less than half what I paid less than 30 days ago PLUS I need to pay for return shipping. Absolutely horrible experience. I questioned this policy and was told this falls under their “change of mind” policy, when the shoes simply did not fit as expected and I cannot wear them. I even offered to take a credit toward another pair to no avail. Be very careful and understand BEFORE you buy that Novelship does not care about the customer experience. It is very quite the opposite with this business. Will do no further business with them. SNKRDUNK is a much better experience and better pricing with fast shipping.

Scammers!!! My wife bought a Kobe 1 protro and was delivered yesterday. I cant tell which pair is fake!!! But you can tell by comparing both the sneakers size tags.
