Sent the wrong product and then gaslit when I tried to get then to correct the issue. Terrible organization don't bother trading with them.

Not gonna lie - the app itself is pretty clean. Huge variety of shoes etc which was great. Nicely presented (as you expect of most eccom stores etc), however, as a first time user / buyer, the average AI chatbot customer service was pretty useless. Automated messaging. Generic answers, and worst of all, after waiting on my order (in which they responded “it’s just going through our screening check”, I then randomly get an order cancellation / refund.

No email to explain what’s happened. No “hey we’re sorry about this..”. Just a refund.

Definitely won’t be using the platform again. By the looks of things, they have all these ‘verification’ badges, but other customer reviews say otherwise.

I made an order for a nike x jacquemus shoe and they charged for 2 orders and 2 transactions. I did a cancellation of 1 order and it charged me a 10% cancellation charge plus transaction fees amounting to RM200++ which is approx 50USD. I contacted customer service and they mentioned that they will not refund me in full as I initiated the cancellation. When I complained further they didnt respond to me until about 24 hours after.

They repeated the same response that they will not be able to reverse the charge for the cancellation and also cancelled my actual order due to not having stock of it. I clearly clicked on the buzzer that checks that the stock is on hand. 

This ordeal makes me wonder if they are operating a SCAM to try to charge customers for no reason and not deliver any goods.

I have ordered with no issues before this although it’s always over the estimated shipping timeline. I have also checked on forums about people saying that Novelship is getting really bad with their service right now so I definitely will not be purchasing on their platform anymore

I think Novelship might be a fraud. I ordered a pair of shoes a month ago and they were immediately shipped to Novelship for authentication within three days. For over two weeks the shoes have been sitting at Novelship - it is now two weeks past the expected delivery date, and the only updates they will give me is that they are awaiting courier pick up. This is an absurd response considering that Novelship controls the courier pick up times.

They continue to refuse to give me any credible updates.

Given that they are two weeks past the delivery date, the shoes remain in their inventory, and haven’t shipped I’ve tried to cancel the order, but they refused to process the cancellation.

Dodgy company - Want to return something and get a refund? Expect to get 32% of what you paid back - even if it’s in the exact same condition as what it came in - plus you cover the international return postage. So basically, it’s not worth it. You best hope you like it when it arrives, otherwise you’re stuck.

Bought something, waited for 12 days only for them to send me an email saying they will cancel the order. If the item is not secured don’t put it up for sale at your site, simple as that. Garbage management and system they have there

Very very long time to deliver and yes there’s an option to exchange for a different size but it will cost you greatly!!! Do not buy from this site!!!

This business is completely appalling.
I needed to return my trainers as after they finally arrived (delivery took weeks) they did not fit. Novelship told me they would refund me only $134 despite the fact I paid $347 for the trainers.

Customer service appears to be all AI.

Do not buy from this business. They are unethical and a complete scam.

Ordered a pair of sneakers back in Feb 2026 to be delivered in Canada. They were suppose to be delivered between March 21-28. Contacted support in March to see what the status of the order was and to get the carrier and tracking number. They could supply neither. We are end of April 2026 now, as I am writing this review. Never received any tracking number. Never received my order. Pursuing refund and or credit card fraud.

I would highly recommend NEVER using Novelship. After waiting over 3 weeks for delivery my parcel was declared lost by the courier company but Novelship still refuse to give me a refund. I wish I’d never ordered from them. I have emailed their support team but get nowhere.

Another company that matches buyers with sellers, what could go wrong with that? Waited over six weeks to receive nothing and you have to do all the running down not use , you have been warned

Very bad and unreliable company, I would never order from them again, did not honor my order and blamed it on everything else except themself when they could not deliver after taking my money for weeks.

Want to get to know the biggest fuckery of an app & company ? Look no further because Novelshit as its name states is pure shit & wins first prize with a standing ovation 👏🏻. From frustrating account sign ups, profile updating , adding payment methods and to purchasing , offering via their so called dedicated app they all successfully failed , app it unresponsive, filled with bugging features and bring to question the serious legitimacy of such a company on Singapore

Bought a pair of Adidas 4DFWD in size 10 for around £105 (before their extra fees and delivery - totalled around £125). They arrived within around 10 days, I tried them on and unfortunately they were a little too short and narrow.

Attempted to exchange for half a size up - not an option.
Attempted to return them and after 3-4 days of "calculations" they came back and offered me a £33 refund. THIRTY THREE.

I questioned this and they said after going the internal process, this is the amount they can offer me for a refund after taking into account a change in market value, plus any admin fees.
I understand the admin fees and the fact I'd have to pay for the return carriage, but claiming that the shoes have lost 60-70% of their value in the 2 days I had them - despite them being completely unworn with all original tags - is ridiculous.

I asked to see their "internal processes" and calculations so i could try and figure out how they came to the figure of £33, and they refused.

I have reported them to Trading Standards and will be emailing them every single day complaining.

Steer well clear.

I will never order from Novelship again. It takes forever to get your order, and they couldn't careless.

THE WORST - Bought and PAID for SHOES. Next day got CANCELATION NOTICE! No Reason!! A waste of time! If possible to give a "0" I would!!!!!! -Jerry

Order a pair of Nike pants that were advertised at XXL and they get to me and they are so small they can fit a child. After they took over 55% of my money and said I could return them, it has been weeks and they keep emailing me saying "Your package has arrived but we cannot locate it. Please let us locate it before we start your refund process." Mind you at least 5 different people have emailed me saying this exact thing and it genuinely feels like they have no plans on giving me ANY of my money back. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!

They advertise quick delivery but its all lies. Mine took 6 weeks and I dont think its real nike anyway. Don't buy from here!!
