Vera was exceptional throughout the process of designing my upgraded engagement ring. I had my heart set on a particular Old Mine diamond, and although it took time to source, Vera’s dedication and attention to detail never wavered. She ultimately found the most beautiful, classic diamond that exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a timeless ring with an heirloom feel, and Vera and Notivita Diamonds brought my vision to life perfectly. The craftsmanship, service, and care throughout the entire journey were outstanding. I am absolutely thrilled with my ring and couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Excellent service. Could not have been more helpful or forgiving when I was running dreadfully late for my appointment. Have had a disastrous experience at another lab diamond company Austen & Blake that totally put me off lab diamonds until my husband convinced me to try again. So happy I did. Go to Novita, not the others.

My original diamond from my engagement ring 30 years ago had fallen out and I came to Novita Diamonds to replace it with a lab grown diamond. They were able to fix the prongs and make them secure again. Special thanks to Sabrina for her lovely service!

Novy again out did herself!! My custom wedding bank looks perfect with my ring!! The team were great doing everything from a simple photo i had!! And without breaking the bank! Also gave a helpful payment plan :)

The Perfect Ring
Had a very pleasant experience dealing with Novita! They were very helpful when I booked my appointment, and had a wide variety of options for me to look at in person. The team were also very accommodating when they learned that I needed the ring ASAP as I was planning on proposing to my then girlfriend, overseas! I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The amazing quality and pricing of their rings made Novita the perfect choice! The diamond sparkled more than the Eiffel Tower! The addition of the light in the box, made the proposal even more special! As I proposed overseas, the very helpful team allowed the resizing period to be extended. This meant my fiancée could get the ring resized after our holiday without any additional payments! We would use Novita Diamonds again for our wedding bands or any other jewellery pieces.

Novita diamond engagement ring
My partner proposed to me with a novita diamond engagement ring. It was shiny and beautiful and presented in a box with a light in it to highlight its brilliance :) I needed it resized. Lucky they thought of everything and included an attachment to the ring incase so I could wear it before taking it in for resizing. Once I booked for it to be resized I was able to get an appointment the same week :)
