I bought a monthly plan
I bought a monthly plan. I had several issues mainly irregularities in charging my credit card.
1. It was charged 16 times in a month (got refunds after raising concern)
2. It was again charged randomly when payment was not due (got refund after raising concern)
3. I raised a complaint about these random withdrawals and what the company is doing to prevent such occurrences in the future. I was told I will hear from them the next day on 12 September 2023 but I am still waiting on 30 September 2023.
4. The company has my credit card details for auto renewal. To my surprise, I haven't got access to my own card when I tried to delete the card from their website or unable to switch off the auto renewal function.
These financial irregularities made me very suspicious and decided to move my sim only monthly plan to another provider. If I was not careful in checking my payments, I certainly would be poorer now.

Small issues but great service
Had a little trouble at first with the website and me messing up a purchase. I also had some concerns about a number port in progress, which was mostly me being impatient.
Because of this I’ve been in touch with Ismail in CS a good few times and they have always been quick to respond and extremely helpful.
Always judge a company by their ability to mitigate problems I say.
From a technical point of view the service is great too. Using EE means I get some of the fastest and most reliable speeds I can have in my area, all for a great price.
They allow multiple sims on the same account (something I couldn’t do on Giffgaff) which is great for me as I have one for my phone and one for my vehicle tracker. As my tracker literally only needs to send and receive the occasional txt, their £2.50 PAYG tariff is brilliant value for this.
All in all I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Been with them 14 years, still excellent.
I have been using Now Mobile for around 13 or 14 years. I have family in Asia and used to be charged ridiculous rates for calling them with other networks, but was charged almost the same as UK rate with Now Mobile. Throughout all these years, I've never had to wait long (no wait at all today) when I needed to contact Now Mobile's team for any issues. I can proudly say to my friends that my monthly mobile cost on the PAYG bundles are under £5. This price is hard to beat especially when the service is excellent as well. Highly recommended for people who need to make both national and international calls on a tight budget! Even furthermore impressed that Adam at Now Mobile followed up to check if my issue had been solved after the call (it was solved).

Unfortunately another negative experience with them regarding payments.
I had 25 quid on my account and they have just disappeared. No logs or anything on the website, they keep trying to charge my frozen card for some reason. Unfortunately have to leave them.

Literally Very Good. Put the sim in and it worked! If you ever need help just use the chat support you will not be disappointed with the waiting times! Good value for money. double data for the first month as a little gift. You get 25gb limit for eu roaming ( giffgaff literally only gives you 5gb) and Im currently in the eu and there is no speed restrictions! Also in some plans you get free 5gb each month if you plan recurs so im really suprised. And also please give this man joey a raise. Really reccomend thanks 😊

Ordered 2 sims. Both are worthless. Received quickly and worked okay for about a month. Then the mobile data service stopped working. It is impossible to get thru' on the fone to these people. Then tried emailing them. Once again no response. This company is a disaster - no staff to speak of, no one to listen to your complaints. Do not use under any circumstances - the only thing they are capable of is taking your money and posting out the sim cards. A total disgrace.

Update:
Issue was finally resolved after 2-3 weeks of no connectivity - they stress the issues & delays are caused by their various providers so be mindful that in the unlikely event something does go wrong, it will take them a while to fix for you. Since I've never experience issues like this with any other provider, whether a virtual network or main network, its difficult to judge on whether this timescale to resolve the issue is standard. You will have to keep chasing for an update as they will not be proactive in this regard. But it's fairly straight forward to get in touch with someone via the chat feature and Joey Clark was quite pleasant and tried to be as helpful as possible.

Amazing network to be with, their network signal is very reliable as they use EE network, great customer service and they bundle offers good value including EU roaming, data, minutes and text messages.

Disappointing from start to finish
I'm honestly surprised that so many people have seemingly had good experiences with this network, because for me they appeared to mess things up at every single opportunity they had.
The website frequently returns '429 Too Many Requests' errors, sometimes making it completely unusable. My number port took nearly 3 days, during which time I was unable to use my phone, they failed to tell me what the problem actually was, and they promised numerous follow-ups that never emerged. My online account completely stopped working following my port (again, no follow-up despite promises). At the end of the month my bundle failed to renew. Just thirty days in, I decided enough was enough and have now ported to another operator.
I appeared to speak to the same support agent in Pakistan almost every time I contacted the company, giving the impression that this is essentially a one-man band with no actual UK presence. The one saving grace is that the network itself is good, but that is entirely down to EE and not Now Mobile.

Simple PAYG service
I have been with NOW Mobile for several years, never had any issues. You can actually talk to a person in customer services within minutes either via web chat or telephone. Not like other providers who use chat bots.
