Plates ordered on Wednesday for next…
Plates ordered on Wednesday for next day delivery as I had removed private plate and they still have not arrived. No answer on their phone just goes to voice mail.
And one email saying they would track on Royal mail

Cheapest but not the most competent
Sent the wrong plate, replacement wasn’t next day delivery so was unable to drive my car and arrived without stickers that were paid for.
Cheapest but not the most competent.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear about your experience.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been — receiving the wrong plate, the delay in delivery, and the missing fixings is not the level of service we aim to provide. We’ll take this onboard to improve and ensure it doesn’t happen again.
Apologies again for the inconvenience caused, and thank you for giving us a try.
Really quick delivery
Really quick delivery. Gave 4 stars because if I hadn't checked my email I wouldn't have seen the message about sending proof of address, etc.

No contact with the company whatsoever…
No contact with the company whatsoever . Facebook and instagram messages ignored. Wish I read the reviews before ordering. Calling themselves next day plates is a scam. Don’t be fooled. No reply and number won’t be picked up… 0 hope. Looks like the company has gone on holiday

REPLACEMENT PLATES
Needed replacement plates for unsightly ones that came with the car. Relatively swift delivery given that I live in the boonies. Appear well made and the dogs danglies. Only time will tell on their durability. Recommended.

Correct information sent for order
Correct information sent for order. Don't come back with correct information and also tracking number explains waiting for dispatch from numberplatesnext.
Say 24 Hour Royal Mail track postage beening waiting 5 days and same information as one email saying the same to everyone that places orders. Should of done my homework and check trustpilot.
Not sure if they sent the plates out or just false advertisement online stating 24 hours.

I completely understand your frustration, and I want to sincerely apologise for the delay and the poor experience you’ve had so far.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for our deliveries, and we expect them to be delivered within that timeframe — however, delays have unfortunately occurred recently due to the bank holiday backlog, which is affecting dispatch and scanning times. I absolutely understand that this isn’t the service you paid for, and I’m genuinely sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I have reached out via email previously to explain the situation and also offered compensation to make up for the delay, including a refund on your delivery cost. Your order has been reissued to ensure it gets to you as quickly as possible.
I completely understand your disappointment and appreciate the feedback. We never intend to mislead any of our customers — our aim is to offer fast, reliable service, and it's clear we fell short here.
Really nice set of gel number plates
Once you have decided what type of number plates you need the whole process is really easy. Make your payment and send a photo of your proof of ownership and ID, it's as easy as that. Also reassuring as it lessens the chance of getting cloned. The company lived up to it's name and the number plates arrived the following day. Nice quality and looks really good, Many thanks.

Not next day delivery
Advertises themselves as next day plates but they are not? Even after they had been dispatched they didn’t arrive next day. I have sent two emails and have been ignored. Avoid

We're really sorry to hear about your experience and for any frustration caused.
We do advertise next-day delivery, but unfortunately, once an item is dispatched, delivery times can be affected by the courier — which is sadly out of our control. We also haven’t received any emails from you, otherwise we would have responded straight away, as customer service is something we take seriously.
We’d love the chance to make this right — please feel free to get in touch with us directly so we can resolve the issue for you.

Not sure who is to blame for the delay in delivery, the company or Royal Mail. Ordered my plates on Friday and didn’t receive them until the following Thursday, not exactly next day delivery.

Thanks for your message, and I’m really sorry to hear about the delay with your delivery.
Your order was dispatched promptly on our end, but unfortunately Royal Mail delays combined with the recent bank holidays have caused some disruption in their service times, which is sadly outside of our control.
We really appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re always working to get orders out as quickly as possible.

Wish I'd checked reviews before ordering. Needed next day delivery, ordered Wednesday expected dispatch on Thursday and delivery on Friday, didn't dispatch till Monday and delivered Tuesday. Ignored all emails trying to cancel or request refund as had to by other plates due to delay. Very poor!
