Easy transaction, slow delivery
Easy transaction and good email communication regarding my order, but delivery was longer than I anticipated having paid for 24hr tracked. I ordered plates on Sunday and they were delivered on Wednesday. I appreciate perhaps outside of the sellers control, but given several other reviews also highlight this issue, perhaps time to explore alternative courier options.

We’re really sorry again for the issues with your order. I just wanted to clarify that when you contacted us, we replied straight away, apologised for the mistakes, and issued your refund immediately.
We’ve always tried to put things right for you and offered solutions each time, so I’m a little unsure what you mean by “struggling to get a refund.” We completely held our hands up for the errors and acted quickly to resolve them.

5 day delivery not next day.
I purchased as per their name, next day. My plate came 5 days later. I had to cancel mot and use public transport. They ignore emails. I have proof that they didn't send Until 4 days after payment. I'd strongly recommend using another company for your number plates.

Good plates, quick delivery
Order instructions clear and easy to follow. Fast response in seeking proof of identity and proof the vehicle is registered in customer's name.
Would have been 5 star but for slight mis-alignment on front plate (visible overlap of backing material) that required a trim and file down. Otherwise all good.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how important timely delivery is. Please note our website states a 12pm cut-off for next day dispatch. Once the order leaves us, delivery is handled by Royal Mail, and any delays after dispatch are unfortunately beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.

Not sure why so many people are giving negative reviews. I personally found it quite straight forward.
I ordered some plates after business hours on Friday, sent my docs over the weekend, got an email 9am Monday morning stating they had received them, by midday I had a dispatch email with tracking number. If anybody was letting the side down it was Royal Mail. They did unfortunately take 2 days to deliver.

Thank you for your feedback, and I'm truly sorry to hear that your order didn’t arrive as expected despite placing it before the cutoff time for next-day delivery. We understand how frustrating delays can be, especially when you’ve planned around a specific delivery date.
This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we’ll be looking into what caused the delay. If you haven’t already, please reach out to our customer service team with your order number—we’d be happy to investigate further and make things right.
We appreciate your patience and hope to serve you better in the future.
Should be called Number Plates One Day!
Should be called Number Plates One Day!
Ordered a set of plates as this company offered guaranteed next day delivery and this is something I needed. No sign of the plates the next day so I had to go to Halfords and get them printed instead. The plates arrived two days later.
Communication has been non existent with customer services, having sent them two emails requesting a refund, I still haven't had a reply. I don't normally leave poor reviews but this company deserve it.

Thanks for your review and sorry for the frustration caused.
I have replied to your email directly, but just to clarify here — your order was dispatched on time with Royal Mail Tracked 24. While the aim is next working day, Royal Mail do state it can take up to 2 working days, and in your case it was delivered within that timeframe.
We understand the urgency and do our best to meet expectations, but delivery delays are unfortunately out of our hands once an item has been dispatched.
