This company is an absolute joke. I ordered a suit which was advertised as a shirt kameez and ombré wide trousers in an extra small. The first delivery of my items, the dress had oil marks (worn) and the buttons had all come off. The second delivery, my suit looked nothing like the dress and was in actual fact a long kameez and the ombré was on one leg. The size was also extra large. I’ll be disputing this item with my bank as Nureh are refusing to answer any of my message nor will they give me a refund. An absolute disgrace considering how much money I have spent over the years with this company!!

I purchased a dress for eid which cost was 22000 pkr. Even though it was pret article it took them 3 weeks to deliver after eid. I tried contacting them multiple time and was told it will be delivered before eid. And dress doesn’t worth the cost. Cheap quality silk and poorly stitched. Totally different in person than shown in pics on website. Trouser has two different shades of fabric. Very different color in person than shown in pictures on website. Never going to shop with them again.

Very disappointed with the dress. Such poor quality didn’t expect it from Nureh . Being a well known brand the material and stitching looks so cheap. I would have better gone for other high end brand rather spending more than 16k on this dress

I am shocked by the quality of one of the dresses.

The dress is defective; the embroidery patches are sewn in an uneven position, the buttons are misplaced, there are missing sequins on the patches, and there are stains on the fabric along with stretched threads throughout.

I find this utterly outrageous. I did not expect this from your brand, and I am extremely disappointed. I am trying to contact them but there is no response. 😡😡

I had a bad experience they shipped my order late. took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did the material was bad. the size when measured is different than their size guide provided online . there stuff is not cheap it’s expensive.but it’s waste of your money and time . Their customer service is rubbish. I would not recommend

I wish I could give zero stars if it were possible. I am really disappointed by the quality. No overlock stitching, no proper finishing of the design, and threads everywhere. Even a local market cloth has better quality. I will never come back to this brand. Total waste of money.

Very low quality. Bad material and stitching. Color A WHOLE DIFFERENT SHADE than what’s displayed. Don’t waste your time, money, effort & emotions! And to top it all, very bad customer service 🤢

I bought two dresses from them first of all very cheap quality of fabric is used and when I receive order all the beads were falling without touching some was missing already before i touch the dress and second dress at one side all beads and motis are missing and Dresss quality is so cheap like I can see shirt ka kapra is already damage from so many places as someone while putting beads stretch the cloth so much the price are too high
But quality is very very low
I am not going to order again
Pls if u have charge big price then Atleast use good quality of cloth fabric very cheap fabric is used the cheapest silk they have used to make prepare and fool the people who paid full price but landed up regretted 👎👎👎👎👎👎

They are totally fraud!
First we got the order after 1 month.
Second the pathetic customer service.
Do not buy anything from there please.
We got this green suit full of greasy neshan and all moti sitrary falling even without touching the suit. On top of that they promised to exchange the suit but now its been 2 weeks they keep delaying it with lame excuses. Report them as a scammers! Wasted our 18K!

Till now I didn't get any authentic reply about return ... They just say we will exchange but till now no response ...... And they do not return money

We ordered a 5 dresses from Nureh …we received a very roughly dresses ..so shameful didn’t recommend .

I have ordered two dresses. One is very different in colour. The other one has no lining and it was not written in the description that the lining with not be provided. Upon having a conversation with nureh.pk they did not provide any refund or any type of compensation very disappointing

Ridiculous delivery service.
They promised that the parcel will be delivered 2 weeks ago, and they sent it with a delay of a week and due to which the whole package got late and now we have no new eid clothes.

If I had less than a star I'd rate them that one of the worst pakistani dealers ever, its been a month I placed my order and before placing I confirmed from them if they would deliver in time since I am an international client, despite commiting to it they refrained from their words constantly it's been a month and today I am finally writing this down had I not paid for my order I would had definitely cancelled it , they lack professionalism in terms of commitment and speaking to their clients I wish I could upload their voicenotes and everyone could hear that tone of theirs, they commit everyweek for order dispatch from their end and on followup runaway or speak to u rudely blaming on production which is their team also, pathetic company kindly don't waste ur hard earned money on them
