Jamie, thanks for your reply, yes I received the new order you instructed to be resent it arrived on Sunday instead of Saturday, I was told DPD did not collect on Friday this was why it was late.
It arrived on Sunday morning but to my disappointment again was packed with NO DRY ICE even though on the packing slip it states clearly include dry ice in the order.
The order arrived and looked like it had just been thrown in the box, it was partly defrosted again, 3 boxes of 500g meat was completely soft and warm and the rest of the 11 boxes all the sides were de thawing and the tops had no ice traces.
I sent you an email which was picked up by Miriam on Sunday, and she apologised refunded my order.
After many instances of orders arriving defrosted I cannot trust my order to arrive frozen which is a completely unacceptable standard.
All the order I have received never have dry ice packed and I do wonder if anyone really reads what the packing slip says?
It's either they cant be bothered as you have said you have loads of dry ice in stock or they are deliberately not including the dry ice.
The real issue you have is there is no identification to who packed the order, this means there is no accountability if the order is wrong.
You have stated and clarified in an email to me that all orders are packed with dry ice and tested at a temperature of -72 before they leave your warehouse.
This is not being done and customers like myself will go else where now as its not good enough to say it will be done and it isn't.

This is the only food my toy poodle…
This is the only food my toy poodle will eat. She likes all the flavours and we especially like the portion sizes. They are easy to store and defrost.
My only negative is the minimum spend to place an order. Meaning we had to stock up quite a lot more food than I usually would have ordered (freezer space). Which isn’t too bad as she loves the food, but for anyone just wishing to try. It could potentially mean a lot of waste.

Good product, insulation packaging could be better
Good product and my cats seem to like it although I couldn’t afford to feed this as a sole food because of the price. Product arrived frozen but the insulation I feel was not sufficient, especially for close to £10.00 !!! - the dry ice had clearly been expired for a while.

The cooling material is designed to gradually evaporate during transit, so it’s completely normal for there to be little or none remaining by the time your order arrives. The important thing is that the food remains frozen throughout its journey, and we’re so pleased to hear that your order arrived frozen.

Long-term Nutriment customer - Thawed Food
We are long-term customers of Nutriment (since 2019) and have generally been very happy with them. However, unfortunately with our most recent order the food arrived partially thawed (and some bloodstains on the outside packaging). I emailed Nutriment and despite assurances in their default email, they did not get back to me within 24hours. When I called, I was told that the food would be safe and I was more or less told, there's little else they can do (but they would forward my issue to the packaging department)... I suspect I will hear nothing more and may be we need to start looking for a different supplier.

I’ve been looking for a good raw diet…
I’ve been looking for a good raw diet for Alfie, as he suffers from allergies, and I’m so pleased to have found Nutriement. Ordering was quick and easy, and the delivery was fast. Most importantly, Alfie absolutely loves his new food! 🐾
It’s still too early to say whether it will make a difference to his allergies, but the food looks really good quality and I’m very happy with it so far.
The only downside? I’ve had to sacrifice my ice cream shelf in the freezer… but Alfie thinks it’s a very worthwhile trade! 😂

Great food
Had problems with frozen delivery’s but it was rectified quickly… but omg the difference in my cat within a matter of days is unbelievable she’s gained weight and generally seems much better in her self I will be continuing to feed her on this she really enjoys it

Our Mastiff puppy came with the…
Our Mastiff puppy came with the instructions from his breeder than for him to be his best, he needs to be fed raw.
We looked into home cooking it, but decided it was too complicated for us, and having looked at other raw companies, Nutriment really works well for us. We have a fortnightly subscription for his food, so we don't even pay for the postage only the food.
And if we ever need more food or less food we can get extra or just skip a delivery. The subscription is fantastic for our needs!
