Very disappointing
Very disappointing. Had used Nutrisysten before and was pleased with the food. I've recently gone back on Nutrisystem and was greatly disappointed. The frozen items were melted and inedible. They replaced the order which was also melted. I cancelled my membership as it was a waste of money due to this.

I started receiving packages from this company that I never ordered, addressed to my name and home. When I contacted their customer service, they were not helpful at all. This seems to be part of a brushing scam. Be careful — something doesn’t feel right here.

Although, I used NS over 20 years ago the food was awesome and I never had any issues.
NS helped me to shed 50lbs back in the 90s and as always NS is still GREAT after all these years. They are still around helping customers succeed in living healthier lives. FIVE STARS *****
Not happy with Nutrisytems!!!!
I've been on this plan since the end of January with a weight loss goal of over 35 lbs. The first month I lost 8 pounds and a few inches. However, since that time NOTHING has happened, no loss at all. I contacted their coaching department to be told I needed to increase my calories to 1500 from 1200 which is what I was given by their app. I was told I wasn't getting enough calories to lose weight. Been on this a little over a week with little lose. Had another coaching call scheduled for today, however my phone was hung up from another call and therefore I missed it. I tried to reschedule for this week prior to my next order and I had nothing but trouble trying to get someone to speak to and then when I did I was told I had to wait until next week for a coaching call. This is NOT cheap for not much in results. I am totally disappointed in this program and their service to their customers. Seems to just be about making the money.

These guys started sending me packages and billing me out of nowhere. I don’t know how they got ahold of my credit card info, I had never even heard of this company until their charges started showing up on my credit card statement. Their customer service is abysmal and they made no effort to reverse the charges. My credit card company is treating this as a fraud case. Avoid this mess.
Melted Frozen Meals & Terrible Customer Service - I Want a REfund
I've been a loyal Nutrisystem customer since 2015, but my most recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. On Saturday, April 26, I received my order, and the entire frozen portion—64 items including breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, and ice cream—was either partially or completely thawed. The dry ice was mostly melted, and the packaging was not the usual Styrofoam container but instead a box loosely wrapped with Styrofoam.
I called that evening to report the issue but was met with an awful automated phone system that would ask questions but not recognize or accept correct responses. It repeatedly disconnected me, and I couldn’t get through to a human being.
On Sunday, April 27, I finally spoke to a representative. I explained the situation and requested a replacement. I’m 65 years old, and consuming food that has been thawed and refrozen is a serious health risk. The rep spoke with a supervisor and came back to tell me I should be able to eat the meals, and they would not be replacing them. That is unacceptable.
I called back again on Thursday, May 1, hoping to speak with a supervisor directly. The person I reached told me to call back in an hour—completely dismissive.
This is not the kind of customer service I expect from a company I’ve trusted for nearly a decade. In the past, Nutrisystem has replaced thawed or damaged meals—especially during Texas heatwaves.
I’ve since canceled my subscription, and I’m demanding a refund for the frozen portion of this order. I refuse to pay for food that arrived in unsafe condition and was deemed "fine" by someone who didn’t even inspect it.
Nutrisystem, do the right thing.
Terrible company that does not stand behind their product
My order was delivered without any dry ice. I’ve had more than one bad experience with them, and this was the straw that broke the camels back. I immediately called them and they wanted to resend the food, but I told him to just refund me the money as the customer service and the product has failed me. They would not refund me my money so I had to dispute it with my bank and actually ended up losing. so basically they stole from me. This company has the worst customer service and does not stand behind their product. Do not use them.
NUTRISYSTEM CHEATS PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY
I would give Nutrisystem a zero star rating if I could. They sent my order to the wrong place, not once but twice. When I told them I didn't receive the food this time, they said they would send the driver to go pick it up at the place it was delivered to. It had been lying out in the hot sun for five days because the people who lived there were away. They wanted to have the spoiled, now unfrozen, food picked up and brought to me!!!!!!!!!! They refused to reimburse me, told me I would have to pay for it anyway, and told me they would keep sending me orders. I called my bank and told them not to issue any more payments to them. Their food was only good the first few times I received it. Some of the people working there were horrible individuals. One horrible individual kept putting me on hold and refused to tell me where she was located. She just kept saying the Caribbean. When I asked her where in the Caribbean, she just kept laughing and refusing to answer any of my questions. BUYER BEWARE!

Orders are now being delivered short items and if you log it in there system they can't change it and process a replacement. Have to wait till following monh even tho you paid for it. They won't hesitate to take your money tho.

Scumbags, we all get busy with life and a ton of emails. I haven’t used this system for well over 10 months. I saw charge today for an auto renewal, I called them and said I haven’t even logged on for over 10 months and requested a refund on the order renewal. They take a hard line no refund policy, it’s just a lousy company thing to do as far as I’m concerned they’re ripping people off. They thrive on people forgetting or renewal. These are the types of companies that everyone should stay away from

Most food is highly processed. There is no way to cancel your plan online. You must call them where they give you a very hard time before they finally cancel your plan.
Not what it used to be
Nutrisystem used to be so good when I subscribed to them a few years ago, but now they have really dropped the ball. Their orders are consistently late, very late. Sometimes ruined and oftened wrong. The menu rarely changes or adds anything new making it very boring, and customer service has taken a sharp decline. I would have stayed with them, but what was supposed to be an easy program, is anything but.
Never have enough items, BAD customer service
Never have enough items and sends substitutes I did not choose or can eat. Very difficult time when trying to cancel the membership. AGENT Mary was harassing nature, disregarded anything I said, would not cancel or give me a confirmation and continued with recommendations even after I asked to speak to a supervisor because she was harassing me. She stated they "were all busy with other customers". She continued to try to give me discounts and I just stopped responding. After I logged into BBB and told Mary I was filing a complaint, she thanked me and said my auto delivery was cancelled.

I tried nutrisystem about 15 yrs ago. It was real food back then and was very good. The food is awful now. You'd be better off going to Walmart and buying frozen low calorie dinners. Need to improve your food. Ok Thank you!

The company it's slow delivering food They proceed my food delivery on January 2nd I was supposed to receive my food on Jan 10 and now it's coming on Jan 15 this delivery is unacceptable.
Nutrisystem food is the worst
I tried Nutrisystem several years ago and did not like the food. I really need to lose weight so I decided to try it again. The food is still awful. For example the mac and cheese that comes with the salisbury steak was the worst. It was grainy, not cheesy. The only good things are the frozen desserts.

COMPLETE RIP OFF - STAY AWAY!!!!! We have been customers for over 15 years. I have been trying all week to shut off the $49.99 per 6 months charge for the Advantage program since we do not wan it moving forward. The website is awful (and I am very tech savvy) and would not allow me access to shut it off. I called this am and they had already charged. They now REFUSE to credit. They are AWFUL!!! Bring your business elsewhere. The food has gone way downhill as well.
