I’ve done my order 31 days ago today but still haven’t received!

Beautiful suit, terrible experience. Waited excitedly for over a month for this custom item to be shipped. The duties were incorrectly quoted to DHL and in the wrong currency. I had to go to customs myself to have them correctly recalculated and then clear it myself. Spent half a day doing that. For such a long wait time and high price point this should have never happened. Had I not done that I would have paid 2 times more. And when I wrote to Oceanus, I was ghosted. Zero accountability for the mistake they made. Great customer service to not care whether your client is paying the wrong duties. I will not be buying again.

Purchasing from Oceanus has easily been the most disappointing experience ever. Not only did I debate my original purchase because of how expensive everything is, once I got it I received it 2 months later and then when I had to exchange it I got zero communication back. Which is crazy for a brand that sells dresses for $1k. I feel like I’m dealing with SHEIN. The best part was I ordered the same dress from revolve to try the smaller size and the dress itself was made completely different from the one I got directly from Oceanus - no comparison. Finally I did get what’s app customer service to respond, I mailed back my dress and now I can’t get any confirmation about my return dress. I’ve never written a review before, but I’m so disappointed and don’t want anyone else going through this. Stay away for sure.

I ordered a swimsuit in November and didn’t receive it till February three months later. I got in touch before the swimsuit was shipped with the customer service email telling them the situation and that I wanted a refund and didn’t want the swimsuit as my holiday had passed. They then shipped it out without informing me of anything so I still thought at this time that nothing was happening with my swimsuit. I then got in contact with Daniella on WhatsApp who I explained the situation to again and told her I just want a refund for her to not apologies and was very blunt and just said my parcel had been shipped and I had to wait for the shipping information. I explained to daniella that I just wanted a refund, I made it very clear. She again just told me to wait for shipping details. I told her that I wanted to make a complaint about the customer service and she said a review will be done and someone will get in touch with me the following Sunday. It’s now been a week since that Sunday and still have not heard back. I have since sent another email to Oceanus customer service team and still have not received a reply. I have never had such poor customer service in my life and I will keep following up with this as I feel like the situation was not handled with the professionalism a business like this should handle in these situations. Do yourself a favour and do not order from here.

Can't return an outfit that I ordered due very poor customer service. I have reached out multiple times. They did respond once and offer a larger size exchange. However the top is so weird.. it's really tight on top and loose at the bottom of my ribs. Bigger size wont help. They wont give me a label to return the outfit. I'm beyond frustrated.

Paid a fortune for a swimsuit for my wedding, it arrived in a cheap pink bag with not even a wrapping paper around it. It was a white suit with ballpoint pen marks all over it.

And I fully agree with the other reviews about the weird sizing. I'm a medium and the suit was extremely short but wide in the stomach area - which is exactly what you don't want in a swimsuit, I need it to suck in my stomach and allow space for my boobs but instead it smooshed down my chest so I had awful side spillage and it really emphasized my tummy.

Customer service was largely unresponsive, and rude when they did respond. They don't accept returns for a refund, which is against UK law where their business is registered. They wouldn't even offer me a refund for my defective product.

I recently purchased a stunning dress called Malibu Floral. While it wasn’t my first purchase from this brand, but it was my first time visiting their store—and everything exceeded my expectations. The dress is an unreal masterpiece, crafted with exceptional quality. Truly a work of art that will stay with me forever. Love it

I'd avoid dealing with this brand ever again. Honestly, I've never experienced such a horrible customer service in my life. The express delivery of 1-3 business days which they charged me 40 euros for took about 2 weeks to actually have my item. Because of this express delivery, I had also to pay extra at my destination delivery service. Also, when trying to communicate with them, they just ignore your messages and give you a bot-like response. When I ordered from them my size, they also mentioned it was not in stock when I already paid for it, and that they need to make it because they don't have the size! What a nonsense, guys. Your items are beautiful, but your service feels like you're scammers. Angry and disappointed

Never had so many compliments as I have in a Oceanus dress, a must have in my/any wardrobe!

Order my swimsuit for my wedding as I celebrated it in a boat.
They sent the wring model, took so long to answer my emails and I didn’t get refund, just the option of sending it back and have a coupon for what it cost with them.
Like if I wanted to buy ever again in this shop. Pathetic costumer service for how expensive this is.
Absolutely ruined my last week before my wedding.

I bought my second dress for my wedding from Oceanus. I communicated with them via whatsapp (very convenient) as I was international and they were very prompt to reply, accommodating and helpful. I wasn’t sure between two sizes and I had a real time constraint! They helped me work a solution so I had the right dress for the big day. Dress itself was high quality and looked great! Beautiful detailing.

Had a great experience at the London store on holiday. I found a dream dress, but they did not have my size and worked very hard to get it to me before I had to leave in only a few days. Great experience overall!

After much searching for swimwear for my upcoming winter holiday, I decided to purchase the Arizona swimsuit - I have not been disappointed - what a beautiful tropical inspired piece. It is VERY flattering to wear, stylish and the colours are stunning. Plus it arrived within 5 days. Thank you Oceanus.

I ordered a swimsuit beginning of May 2024, still haven't received it. I have tried to contact customer service several times, I have never gotten a reply. Not even a "Hi". This is incredible rude, taking the pricing of the products into consideration. I have not gotten an answer or a refund of money, they literally held my money since May 2024.

I'm writting here out of frustration and in hope to get some sort of reply. But from looking at this page, it seems like they don't give a f*** about customer service. I regret to have purchased anything from this brand.

I ordered a swimsuit from Oceanus Swimwear several months ago (may 11th, it’s mid September now) , and it never arrived. I’ve contacted them multiple times, and each time they promised to send it, but they never did. In my last email, I had to demand a refund and threaten legal action because they completely neglected my case.

I’ve received other packages in the mail with no issues, but Oceanus failed to deliver or take responsibility. The lack of communication and care for their customers is shocking. I had to repeatedly remind them that I hadn’t received my order, yet they made no effort to resolve the situation.

I strongly advise against ordering from this company. They take your money but don’t deliver the product or any customer service.

Terrible communications, late delivery, to then receive a damaged item. Sent it back via DHL and am still waiting to hear back from the company and receive my refund.
