Officegsm Reviews

I purchased this license, and it took a bit of time for them to complete everything, but in the end, all went well, and no problems. I would recommend, especially if you are not in a big hurry.

Ordered Older MS Office Product. It was delivered promptly with a working key. Inexpensive.

Had an activation issue but it was quickly resolved by these folks. Thank you for great customer service and response.

My own lack of tech understanding allowed these folks to shine with their tech support. I much appreciated their numerous communications, the personal support, and their patience in helping me to successfully resolve my issue. Also worth mentioning was how, with each message they sent, were detailed instructions and the kind words expressed which NEVER indicated impatience or exasperation with me.
5 Stars across the board for these great folks!

email came quickly, link worked ''semi'' It installed the program straight from microsoft, but the key didn't work and no one will reply to me, I was charged for it, can't get a message back from them! Since the install, I've had mutlble virus issues, I needed to do a system restore to stop them.

Highly recommended for business software needs Our company regularly purchases software from Officegsm, and they always deliver excellent service. The licenses work perfectly, their prices are great, and their customer support is highly responsive whenever we need help. A fantastic partner for our IT needs!

How a company responds to problems is a good measure of their quality. The key I purchased didn't work and I got a quick resolution to my email. I am happy with their service.

After one month of purchase, the Office 365 stopped working as it was not activated (I was not asked to do so until then). I contacted the Help desk via e-mail and got help to activate the software. It has been working well since then. Thank you, and I really appreciate the help.

Officegsm - A SCAM? It appears to be a SCAM because it acts like a SCAM. I "purchased" the Microsoft Pro LTSC (5 app.) lifetime license advertised at the sale price of $24.99 for the package and the cart at checkout charged my card $85.00.

I called the published customer service telephone number given, three times, and it was not active!

OFFICEGSM IS A SCAM. DO NOT PATRONIZE IT.

I IMMEDIATELY NOTIFIED MY C.U. AND HAD THE CARD CANCELLED DUE TO FRAUD AND, IF THE CHARGE DOES APPEAR, I WILL FILE A DISPUTE OF THE CHARGE.

AND, the download file indicator on my computer indicated ERROR. NO DOWNLOAD.

Email communication is good. It may take a little while for them to respond but respond they do. I had to use the phone method of activating and it worked first time. I was so impressed I ordered another one for my wife's laptop. I had some activation issues but they responded immediately and I got it activated. Phone no longer works but email works fine. I do plan on buying more. Absolutely no need to get frustrated they will get it activated for you if you follow their instructions.

Ordered a Windows update key. Received a key that had already been used. Phone number doesn't work and no reply to email. Looks like a scam.
EDIT: took 2 days for a reply and about 4 days to finally receive a working key.

Great price for Office. I had to contact support for install after downloaded. Since I got installed has worked perfect.

there product keys does not work, there phone number does not go through

Wrote a previous review where I couldn’t get hold of gsm to get my activation code. Understand now they were having some system issues. Once resolved I did receive them so changing my review. Couldn’t figure out how to change the original review so writing a new one.

I ordered Office 2019, after two attempts to get a working download, I received a disk image that loaded. However the product code was invalid. When trying to activate it on Microsoft's activation page, the product set of numbers were invalid. Just another company selling junk that may or not work. Your gamble.

Poor. Bought a MS Office license and the key is not helping activate and I get a message that it's been used several times. No response from customer service even after 18 hours

Issue with app and customer service had ausome support too correct it. Customer support is also very quick to respond.

I wanted to upgrade my Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro, and these folks had an inexpensive alternative to purchasing though the Windows Store. My computer got stuck on picking up the new key for activation, but I contacted them about the problem and they replied within the hour with a fix.

I recommend these folks, as they were fast, cheaper, and better than going through the traditional channels for upgrading.

The worst product sold online apparently for scamming people. The company is an absolute fraud while everything related to the product is completely useless.

Company does not respond by phone or email for non-working product keys.

Update: Company ended up reaching out and resolving the issue.
