Excellent quality & service

I ordered the mats for our VW Caddy Maxi Life and they took about a week or so to come. Being a bespoke order I felt that was an excellent turnaround time wise.

The mats are of excellent quality. I went for the lightweight rubber mats with a stitched border. They look fantastic and fit absolutely perfectly. There is a downside however…the mats smell very strongly of chemical rubber. I suppose that’s to be expected. It’s not entirely unpleasant but they are taking a while to settle down there. On the whole I’m very pleased with the mats and I can see them lasting for the entirety of our ownership of the vehicle. I’ll certainly be buying another set for our other car. I’d also like to add that the mats were very reasonably priced too.

A great company that goes the extra mile to complete an order to give 100% satisfaction. A glitch occurred on my order due to a difference between 2 wheel drive and the 4 wheel drive but Dawn investigated and sorted it out. Thanks and well done. A superb mat well made.
