Mats arrived in good time and well packaged. Although I had an issue with one of the clips, my email was replied to within 30 min and true to their word I had a replacement within a few days.
I would have no hesitation to order from the again. The mats were of an excellent quality. I highly recommend them.

I ordered an Upper Boot Mat for an Audi A3 Sportback 2025, the mat now fitted to my car is absolutely perfect.
I had a bespoke mat cut to fit my car, the quality and fit are excellent, and I can't rate this company enough.
I have to thank the Sales and Licensing Director "Dawn" who arranged to have a bespoke mat cut.
I will definitely be using this company again for all my future car mats needs.

Having a senior moment, I ordered some embroidered car mats for my wifes car. Mistakenly they came with the Chelsea FC badge. As a Leeds United fan this didn't go down too well. I tried to remove the badges and only partially succesful as you could see where they had been. And to the rescue, amazing customer support and they are being swapped out for me. Thank you, above and beyond customer service!

Well for a start, I’d give this company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating. My car mats are absolutely fabulous and they are better than I expected, the quality, the colours, the requested embroidery and fit are all excellent. Communication was ace, I received emails with updates on every stage from purchase to delivery. I can highly recommend if you are looking to replace or just change your car mats. I know I will definitely be back as I have it in mind to purchase some as gifts.

Ordered rubber mats that arrived with a strong, unpleasant chemical odour — completely unusable inside a car. Reported the issue immediately and returned them, but was only given a partial refund and had to pay return postage myself.

This isn’t about the money — it’s about principle. The mats were clearly not fit for purpose, and the company refused to follow basic consumer rights. Reported to Trading Standards.

Thank you for the response — but your reply is still misleading.

You did not issue a full refund initially — £3 was deducted and only refunded after I raised the issue. You have not reimbursed the return postage, despite the mats being not fit for purpose due to a strong and persistent chemical odour that made them unusable in a vehicle.

Stating that the smell is “normal” doesn’t override the fact that this product failed to meet its intended use. If this level of odour is expected, it should be clearly disclosed on the product page, along with the option to select low-odour HD rubber.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am entitled to a full refund including all postage costs when the product is faulty or unfit for use — regardless of your internal returns policy.

This is not about money. It’s about the principle of fair treatment and legal compliance. I’ve reported the matter to Trading Standards and will continue to share my experience to help others make informed decisions.

Very pleased with this company. Had a slight problem but they resolved it quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

Ordered 4 new mats turned up 8 days later , fitted exactly into the foot mat pins

Should have paid more and got the better matt but over all finish and fitting is spot on
And the stitching of the txt is very impresive whould recommend every time without a doubt
