AVOID THESE CROOKS
Had a nightmare dealing with this company. Ordered some car mats which was clearly listed as suitable for my car once number plate was entered.
Surely you cant get it wrong if I've entered my reg. If this feature on the site isn't fit for purpose it shouldn't be there.
Upon contacting the company was spoken to rudely and blamed for the mistake. On challenging and even sending in proof that I had just followed the site to order the mats and sent a clear screen shot of where the website had said these mats are suitable for your vehicle.
Sent back back the wrong mats at my own cost then received a new set which should have been the right ones yet again they didn't fit.
Disgusting attitude and appealing customer service.
After 4 weeks of back and forward I'm £12 down and no mats that fit.
And telling a customer you make hundreds of mats and only mine have been wrong isn't a valid excuse to mess up an order.
Avoid this company.

Good afternoon - With your initial order, your vehicle is on a change over, you had ordered the wrong year range for your model, the model options for your vehicle was listed when using your registration finder but not the one selected as you ordered the up to 2012 model and not the 2012 on - We sent the screen shot to show you this was the option that also came up - we offered a free of charge replacement for you and explained the return would be at your cost, as per our terms and conditions. when you were unhappy with the mat, we sent over a free of charge returns link for Roya Mail which was not used. We have been polite and informative at every step of the way with the multiple phone calls and e-mails to multiple members of our team, all of which had the same conversation and same experience. each one clearly stating the policy and offering this free replacement and then sending you a free of charge returns label, we sent a free of charge returns label and refunded the total cost of the mat,

Beware official car mats use Evri to…
Beware official car mats use Evri to lose their parcels, so I never got my mats and am still waiting for a refund.
Total waste of my time, many emails sent before it was accepted Evri lost the parcel.
Save yourself some time and buy from someone who will get car mats to you.

Good afternoon - I am sorry you felt the need to leave us a 1 star review for our service when it is Evri you have the issue with with . We despatched your order within the advertsied lead time (earlier) and upon immediate despatch you contacted us to say your order was lost/stolen all though the parcel had only just been scanned, you requested an immediate refund when the mat had only just been despatched. A day later you added a parcel shop divert, We explained the delivery time frame of parcel shop diverted. we kept in contact with you and at your request (due to you stating that Evri steal all parcels and do not deliver to Leeds) as requested, we arranged a stop and return of your order (we would not refund the order and allow it to be still delivered, i am sure you can appreciate that. The refund was actioned immediately on the same day, when that arrives with your card issuer can take a couple of days - I forwarded to you the refund notification reference and the day the refund was issued to your e-mail.

Beware of their delivery Service!!
Company is great but they choose to use a notoriously dodgy delivery company which resulted in the delivery company failing to deliver my mats over 4 days finally delivering on the 5th day they had it. The delivery company would send me multiple emails a day saying it was coming and it didn’t. I wouldn’t use this car mat company again because they choose to use such an awful delivery company probably to save on costs. I would happily have paid for delivery if they used a better company. I ordered my mats end of August and didn’t receive them until the 9th of September.

Good morning, please accept our apologise on behalf of Evri who were unable to delivery on the days they set out, from looking at the tracking, it was very late at night and out of time, with the advertised production lead time and advertsied delivery time, I can see the order was processed and delivered to you still within the lead times we advertise on line. We are hope you are happy with your mats. With all the thousands of different sizes and shapes of mats, from our experience Evri are the most successful at processing our deliveries for us, with us having a higher positive % of deliveries being made that other couriers we have used previously and without us having to pass on any delivery charges over the the customers.
Easy and Fast!
Very easy ordering process with multiple options of colours and customisations. I went for black on black in the Classic Velour. The mats fit perfectly in our Hyundai Tucson. Delivery was super quick.
I’m very pleased and would definitely recommend buying from Officialcarmats.

A superb company and product.
Official car mats have just made a full set of mats for my 2025 MG HS PHEV, the quality of the actual carpet is excellent, its is a straight pile carpet which does not cling onto to debris like the usual cheap loop type matting, the fit is excellent and value for money is superb. They also went out of their way to deliver them quickly prior to my holidays.

Excellent product and service
I ordered a rubber boot mat for my Audi A4 estate. Unfortunately, when it arrived it had a slight split in it that had happened during transit. The company sent a replacement mat straight away with no fuss. I’m delighted with the boot mat and I’m super impressed with their Customer Service. First class all round and thoroughly recommended.
