After I ordered the wrong mats for the model I wanted I rang company. They said they would replace for the correct mats free of charge. This was Monday morning. I received e -mail Mon pm with collection label attached but could not open the link to print it off. Rank company again and they were very helpful They printed label for me and e-mailed it direct to me. I took incorrect mats into local post office Tues am and was surprised to find I did not even have to pay the return postage cost. My new (correct) mats were received Friday, even before returns were delivered to the company new mats fit perfectly and look really good. Cannot fault the customer service in any was, they were so helpful and efficient Would very much recommend this company to anybody, you will not get better service!

Originally bought the mats and personalised them and Evri delivered to the wrong address and they got stolen, I got in touch with the company and they responded quickly and sent out a new pair with royal mail tracked and signed for. Just arrived and I love them!! Definitely worth the wait and the quality of the mats and personalisation is amazing. The size is perfect for my car!!

Quik and easy

From start to finish my whole experience was great. A very good website that is easy to navigate and use to pick the mats you want. Lots of good communication with the company and excellent customer service, keeping me informed and updated throughout the process of making my mats. When my mats arrived I was very happy with the way they looked and the quality of material used. The mats fit perfectly, especially the driver side mat with the reinforced holes for the floor clips. All in all I am very happy with my experience, the mats and the fit.

Had one problem where the eyelet hole hadn't been inserted in the passenger mat. Contacted the company who promptly replied and sent a replacement in a few days.

was a chance of going away for a free short break but the order was placed and was worried about delivery, so after a short phone call OCM pushed for a quicker delivery for me ,Item arrived straight away (spot on) This seems to be the only firm i have dealt with where you can talk to real people.

Hi all,
I have purchased a few items from this company last year, (12 months ago) a set of car mats for hyundai tucson 2020 and a boot mat aswell, all in carpet!!
There lovely and well made and good value at the time,
But i I have noticed in the last few months that they've prices have gone up alot ,nearly €30 up per item, was thinking of getting a new set of mats but I'll have to think again too expensive!!

I ordered after working hours on the 1st October. after I phoned to find out what was happening they "expedited" the order and they were dispatched on the 13th October. and have arrived on the 14th October. So this was 7 or 8 working days rather than the quoted 3-5 days to dispatch. The lady I spoke to, was quite dismissive, and seemed to think that the fact that they used 24h delivery made it all OK.

Bearing in mind I purchased the "Prestige" mats, described as the "Bee-Knees" of mats, I was quite disappointed with the quality, certainly not comparable with OEM from Porsche or Jaguar.

Also the fitting clips were 90 degrees out compared to what is fitted in the car. They tell me that this is a known problem with MG cars! So if that is the case? why don't they put a note in with the mats so that you don't have to waste your time and theirs phoning to complain and then be given instructions how to remove and refit the clips correctly yourself.

The fit seems to be slightly out compared to the shape of the space, and the mats are slightly raised in the middle. however there is quite a bit of leeway in re-fitting the clips so they might "settle" if not they will have to go back!

All in all not an experience I'd like to repeat!

Received my car mats today, embroided and it took them 4 days from order to delivery!!! Great service, product is amazing and the mats have gone straight in. All for a very reasonable price! Highly recommend
