Two months ago, I sent my PlayStation 5 controller to OG Repairs for repair. It cost me quite a bit of money, but at the time the reviews seemed fairly decent, so I decided to give them a chance.

In the beginning, the communication was smooth and quick. I received daily updates, which gave me confidence. However, after those first updates, the communication suddenly stopped completely. I then heard nothing from them for about three weeks, despite sending multiple WhatsApp messages and emails.

Eventually, I received an apology email explaining that they were moving locations and were very busy. Shortly after that, I was told that my controller was ready. That was now about a month ago. Since then, I have sent several more emails and WhatsApp messages asking when they are going to send my controller back, but I have received no response at all.

At this point, I have had enough. I paid for the repair, sent in my controller two months ago, and still have not received anything back. That is why I am leaving this 1-star review. I will also be taking legal steps to get my controller returned.

Based on my experience, this feels like a scam. I would absolutely not recommend sending your controller to OG Repairs for repair.

Está empresa es un TIMO, mi pedido de 2 módulos de palanca TMR para un dualsense edge realizado en Junio nunca llegó, tras un mes sin movimientos, solicito el reembolso y tras unas semanas sin respuesta y enviando tickets al servicio y a soporte (dos personas llamadas Faisal y Zee) me daban respuestas contradictorias. Al final me contactan desde soporte y me dice que no pueden realizar el reembolso, que lo tengo que solicitar a mi banco. De acuerdo, lo solicito, pero de la denuncia que os he puesto no os vais a librar. NO COMPREIS A ESTA EMPRESA, SON UNOS TIMADORES y LADRONES, avisados estáis.

In regards to the custom controller, the haptics rumble has been removed which I specifically stated I didn't want it removed. Also, no instructions were given on how to map out the back buttons. In regards to the TMR sticks for the dual sense edge, one was already crooked out of the box and the other became unusable when I tried to increase the resistance. Paid for urgent build time (3 days) but it took over two months for the package to arrive. Ordered $35 Besavior Dual Sense Edge Sticks from China and that arrived two weeks later and was pleased with that instead.

Reaching out for advice, it's been months since placing my order, and contact attempts are hit and miss. Should I get Trading Standards involved??
I'm in the north east, but my son, who is in London and a police inspector in the Met, says to attempt contact before progressing, but contact is virtually non-existent. Please, any ideas greatly received. Only company I know who don't have a working telephone contact system; I feel frustrated, angry and taken for a ride.

Ordered dual sense edge tmr modules over a month ago, when i click view order on my confirmation mail the order had disappeared and have tried to contact them with mail, chat and ticket and no response, stay away from this business!!!

Absolutely terrible service. It’s unbelievable that a company can manage to ruin its own business simply because it is unable to deliver. Truly disappointing.

We are now entering the **sixth week**, and I still haven’t received my TMR stick.

I get replies to my messages **three days later**, simply telling me that it’s on its way.

I specifically chose and paid for **Express Delivery** instead of using other suppliers because, according to your website, I was supposed to receive it within two weeks.

And now here I am, six weeks later, still waiting.

Asked for a refund nearly 3 weeks ago. Still no reply.
Scammer company.

I have been a customer of OG Repairs for a year and a half. They have repaired my son and my own PS5. During a conversation with Kay about my dual sense controller going in the charging station. He did warn me that they also interfere with the internal mechanisms of the analog sticks. Lo and behold they eventually despite being told by Sony that the newer controllers did not have stick drift issues. I recently had my analog sticks upgraded to TMR which was done in one day when I dropped it off that morning. I still got sent pictures and videos of the work Kay had done on my controller.

Terrible company ordered a controller from these guys well over a month ago was taking to long to send and I saw alot of bad reviews so I cancelled it and wanted a refund took a long time to get through to them then finally got a email saying confirm that you want to refund on the 3rd of this month I was told I would receive it within 5-10 working days, finally received it now as of 14 working days but only because I followed it up emailed them and sent them multiple messages also didn’t receive the full price of the refund even though I didn’t even get the controller they knocked a % of received 96£ when I payed 110£ , I would advise everyone to stay away from this company!

Finally got my controller. Apparently they just moved workshop and got an influx of orders so they're swamped with orders. I waited 8 weeks for my order. I wrote a few times and did get answers. And I must say I'm happy with my new controller despite the wait. Thumbs up.

I Bought custom controller.
It took me over 3 month to get my order. First thing I notised was that the dpad buttons felt loose. Especially upper button. I had to bush it all the way down to it to register and some times it get stuck in the bottom.
After maybe 50-60 hours of playtime. One of the backbuttons stopped working correctly. Some times it didn't register and after awhile it get stuck in the bottom. Those backbuttons were suppoust to be metal. Those are not metal. Also there is a gap between the shells. Thumbsticks and triggers feels good.

Really great service. Managed to book a slot the next day for my PS5 overheating. They sent helpful updates on their progress and my console runs without issue. Would recommend and will use them again in future!

Nothing but disappointment after disappointment. I ordered a custom controller for my sons birthday. The order was placed May 29 his birthday is mid July. 6 weeks grace they had. After repeatingly having to chase for update and receiving different reasons for the delay the controller arrived a week after my sons birthday and it was faulty. The controller was sent back almost 2 weeks ago now. Again no communication and im still waiting.

Do not waste your time energy or money. Shop elsewhere

Edit: Its now September and still no contact from OG despite my numerous attempts

Title: Disappointed by 3-Month Delay & Communication Gap
Review: I chose OG Repairs because of their great reputation for competitive controllers and wanted to support a smaller business. However, my order has been delayed for over 3 months. While I understand supply shortages happen, I was promised shipping over a month ago and my recent emails/chats have gone completely unanswered. I really want to love the product, but the lack of customer support updates for a $200 competitive item is really disappointing. Order #3458.

Rubbish. Ordered a repair online for a SCUF controller, ordered 08/08. Had an email to say they'd provide me an address to send the controller to. No communication at all, emailes 3 times no response. Been on web chat to try & cancel my order as I now do not trust the service. Again, no response. Don't waste your time or money with these.

OG repairs what a great set of people rang up to find out about getting my ps5 hdmi port replaced and was quoted a great price at 69.99 when my first quote from sony was 250 and from fix it nerds was 95.

I read up and saw quite a few bad reviews that made me sceptical at first untill I realised a lot of the bad reviews were to do with logistics of deliveries which isn't in the companies hands.

All of the booked appointments had fantastic reviews i rang up and asked about how it works booked an appointment same day then rang up to ask if it could be paid on clearpay on their site to spread the cost which they said yes you can and we will refund back the delivery.

Upon arrival was greeted by two gentleman who I ended up having such a long conversation with they invited me in as i was asking so many questions on other services in the end i was so impressed i also handed in my control pad to have the thumbsticks replaced with TMR to stop stick drift happening again as you can recalibrate them with an app that J had designed which is free!!!! Unlike other competitors.

I came back the next day and they had not only repaired my hdmi port and installed the TMR on my control pad along with hand grips for those sweaty 15 - 0 sessions.

They also deep cleaned my ps5 that was very much needed as the fan resembled something of an antique on top of a wardrobe the amount of dust that was there was insane.

What I found the most comforting is that they take pictures and videos of the process and the end result so you can see the work thats been done and what has been replaced and clear proof of a working product which no other company does along with a 12 month guarantee.

I was also gifted one of their gamer cases for the control pad i got home and tested the control pad the tmr are so responsive got a 15 - 0 on fifa comfortably and would
Advise everyone once you get stick drift to change to TMR's!!!

I will be converting another one of my control pads with stick drift to TMR and specifically add some customisations for call of duty back paddles etc.

I received a used and damaged controller, for which I paid £195. This experience has led me to decide against making future purchases from OG Repairs or recommending their services.

I've ordered a month ago and asked for a refund by sending multiple emails, they ignored EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM and sent zero updates. I'm going to ask my bank for a refund DO NOT BUY!!!
