Made my order 10 May for a new TMR controller and it took over 30 days before the controller was Finnish. Got picture and video that’s was very great full

Ordered a new PS5 controller with only TMR option to avoid stick drift - no other customisation. It took SEVEN WEEKS to be delivered, during which there was no status update provided or explanation for the delay, apart from when I initiated contact. Reasons for delay were given as components on order, then quality testing failure and return to technicians for repair, which was alarming at the time I was told and also makes sense considering the state it was in when it eventually arrived.
The controller was sent in a protective case, but with no padding within, so it would have rattled about during transit. The D-pad down button wasn’t working, but I managed to ‘bang’ the controller with my hand to fix - thanks Reddit! Trigger buttons are scratched and I have had to recalibrate the controller twice in 2 days as the right stick is drifting horribly (which I thought was going to be impossible considering what I’d paid for!). If this problem is ongoing, it will be going back for a refund.
All in all a very disappointing, sloppy and unprofessional experience. I honestly cannot recommend OG Repairs and will never use them again.

After my experience with OG Repairs, I can unfortunately understand why there are so many negative reviews here on Trustpilot.

I paid for repairs to my Nintendo Switch OLED, including Joy-Con rail repairs and a battery replacement. The repair was supposed to resolve the issues I was experiencing, but it did not.

The Joy-Cons continue to disconnect and detach during use. I constantly have to reattach them, slide them back into position, or apply pressure to keep them connected. This is the exact fault I paid to have fixed.

What makes the experience even more disappointing is that I gave the company multiple opportunities to resolve the problem. I had to return the console more than once, wasting additional time and effort, yet the issue remained. Even after the second attempt, the repair still failed to properly fix the problem.

In my experience, the repair felt more like a temporary patch than a genuine solution. The problems either returned shortly afterwards or were never properly resolved in the first place. In some ways, the overall experience became even more frustrating because I expected the issue to be fixed after paying for professional repair services.

The aftercare has been equally disappointing. When I later contacted the company again, including sending video evidence of the ongoing fault, I received no meaningful response. Being ignored after already paying for repairs is not the level of customer service I expected.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. The repair did not permanently solve the issue, the aftercare was poor, and I was left with the same problems despite paying for professional repairs and giving multiple chances for the matter to be corrected.

I wish I had paid closer attention to the negative reviews before using this service.

Used these guys to replace the original sticks on my PS5 controller with TMR anti-drift sticks. The order process was simple, and I received my controller back within a week, despite there being a weekend between sending and receiving.

They sent emails to say the controller had arrived, a detailed set of photos and videos when the repair was done, and let me know when it was on the way back to me. They even cleaned the controller so it looked like new when it arrived.

The only thing I would suggest to OG Repairs would be to send a message when they start work on the repair etc. There was a gap between the "we have received your item" to "your item is repaired." Mine was only a controller but I can imagine people who have sent consoles for repairing getting a little anxious between those messages!

I've another drifting controller and will be sending that off to these guys too.

Terrible customer service. I paid for urgent build and didn’t receive my order for 2 weeks. Then when I did it was faulty with stick drift and L3 button getting stuck on. I had to argue with them to sort out details for me to return it. I had to wait 4 weeks for them to deal with and issue the refund, and they didn’t fully refund me. This is very poor customer service and I won’t be using them again.

I simply asked in their chat why their gulikit module where so expensive compared to the ones you find on Amazon, and as an answer I was corrected by not making my research and that Amazon’s modules aren’t istallled on ps5. I replied asking the same question again since I didn’t got a proper informational answer, with no response. I see this quiet unprofessional.

I previously wrote a poor review of this company as communication about my issue seemed to fall on deaf ears. Reading some of the negative reviews I do have to agree that communication is an issue and needs to be worked on.

However, after talking to the team about my issue they apologised for not getting back to me in the timeframe they set. They also apologised for my issue and replaced my TMR PlayStation Edge control stick free of charge. I think they genuinely want to do a great job for their customers and small businesses need a bit more of our support.

That said guys, the new stick is working perfectly fine and definitely has more of a click when pushed in than the other did on arrival. Hopefully the lack of stick drift will keep these sticks working for longer than the usual 18 months standard module stick lifespan.

They kept me up to date both times with photos and video of the product I would receive which I think is a nice touch. Not many companies are that personable.

Just need a little work on communication when there is a problem and you’ll be grand.

Finally got it 14th may missed my son birthday no apologies nothing but this weak explanation they have put here to justify the bad experience, there lucky I can’t add screenshots to this review

Sent my Xbox series controller in for an upgrade after experiencing stick drift, and what a difference. My controller works beautifully after a few weeks testing, they made it so easy to send, I will definitely be using OG again. Brilliant service, highly recommend.

Overall it's been decent! LOVING the feeling of the controller grips and the gulikits feel lush!!! there was a small delay but it was understandable and explained

They seem like nice people but I sped a fortune on mods on ps5 controller and the face buttons are dreadful, triggers are nice and guilkit but the buttons for face aren't tactile at all and rocket-league doesn't respond well with the buttons. My controller sounds dreadful like not screwed properly inside all I hear is shaking sound and it's heavy. Contacted them several times by email after the delivery and yet to here a response like im being avoided which is a shame.

Absolutely amazing company honestly when my son first mentioned he wanted his remote repaired by them I was dubious so began looking into them and the reviews seemed fine and the company legit but honestly I wasn’t expecting the amazing service they provided! From the moment the repair was ordered i was sent instructions and a post office QR code I wrapped and sent it off with everything crossed, I was notified it was on the way to them, when they received it, and not only did i get updates throughout I also got a video of what they did and the fixed controller working! As it was the easter weekend approaching we needed to visit some family which was last minute I asked if they would post out later for us coming home but totally understood if they couldn’t after all they’re a business not a storage unit, not a problem it was sent out for our return and it’s a perfect job and my son is over the moon with it, no stick drift very responsive. I would recommend 100%! Now I know this review probably sounds like I work for them but honestly I don’t I just feel that service this good needs a shout out we are fast to complain but fantastic service needs mentioned too. Arrived 3 stars for length of time it took. But in good working order

Got my custom controller this weekend, was super hyped to get it!!! The clicky triggers, back buttons and matt black finish are 10/10

Also loved the vids i got, it was cool to see all the mods, i'd definitely recommend it was worth the wait!!!

There is no way to contact the company about issues.

I order a product with a 3 day build time and 1 day delivery. It has now been 9 days and product is not yet out for delivery.

Emailing leads to no response.
Phone calls leads to bots.
Tracks says waiting for details.

I have spend £200 on a product and have no way to ask for details or make a complaint

Great service, working like new. I will definitely return and would recommend them to anyone needing controller repairs.
