Not far from Tatton Park Gardens and Lyme Park – used in the filming of BBC literary dramas – the striking red-brick building provides a stunning backdrop for two floors of our furniture and accessories. Plenty of help at the Knutsford shop
Plenty of help at the Knutsford shop. Arranged delivery (expensive but coming a fair way). Delivery failed as courier knocked on door and left. Didn’t ring doorbell or come to back of house. Someone in, waiting for delivery but didn’t hear knock. Rearranged delivery (had to ring shop) which was very smooth. Elm coffee table looks wonderful in our home.

Really excellent help and service from Ellie. I was trying to get hold of a couple of lamp bases & shades which were in short supply - shades sold out online in the size I needed and lamp bases only available online. Ellie & Oka Knutsford organised to send their 2 lampshades to me and sent a link for the online purchase of the lamp bases, incorporating the offer Oka had on at the time, inspite of the complications ordering from both online & instore to meet the offer criteria! Both bases and shades arrived promptly a few days later and very happy customer as a result! Thank you again Ellie!

I recently purchased two lamp bases and couldn’t be happier with both the products and the service. Laura was incredibly helpful—she offered thoughtful advice, really understood what I was looking for, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across such attentive and knowledgeable customer service. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend Oka to anyone looking for beautiful pieces and excellent support.

We recently bought a large rug from OKA…
We recently bought a large rug from OKA Knutsford, but on laying out we noticed a small area that was completely missing the pile. I contacted the shop on Sunday morning and spoke to Louise, who asked me to send some photographs of the defect. By Monday I received a call from Davina who agreed the rug required replacing. The same day I had an email confirming the replacement. By Thursday we had the new rug and they took away the defective one at the same time. It looks great. Thank you to Louise and Davina and OKA for some good old fashioned excellent customer service.

Standard Lamp
I recently purchased a standard lamp plus shade from OKA in Knutsford, East Cheshire. Their assistant Louise was incredibly helpful and kind. Being disabled she brought my purchases to my car. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
