Summer table scaping and flower arranging event
We had such a wonderful time at the summer table scaping and flower arranging event with Oka. Everything was beautifully styled, inspiring and so thoughtfully put together.
A huge thank you to Eloise and Katie for being so welcoming, knowledgeable and creative throughout the session — you made the experience feel really special and enjoyable. We came away with lots of inspiration and had the loveliest time.

My wife and I went shopping in Marlow on Saturday, never been in before. I was welcomed so warmly by Fiona and Katie even though it was very busy. They even offered a glass of champagne which was such an a lovely thing. I’m assuming this isn’t all the time however it has definitely made us wanting to keep going back.

Long lead time.
I ordered the Berstone armchair on 18th March and was informed at the time that it would not be available for about eight weeks so cannot review the product as it has yet to arrive. The staff were very pleasant and helpful although I think the company charging £95 for delivery is excessive.

Great service from Marlow but poor delivery
We bought a sofa and two arm chairs from Oka in Marlow. The service in the store was truly excellent and the furniture is exactly what we hoped it would be.
However the delivery process was the opposite. AIT the delivery contractor used by OKA were meant to deliver the three items of furniture together. They didn’t. On the first delivery the sofa wasn’t on the van. Following interventions by OKA Marlow the sofa was delivered separately but the delivery crew of three people refused to carry it up the stairs. They drove away with the sofa and showed no interest in trying to find a solution..
OKA then arranged for a different company to do the delivery which the two people from that company did with good humour and remarkable ease.
Throughout this process Katie and Eloise at Marlow have been brilliant and Katie went out of her way to fix the problem with delivery.

My friend spotted the rug we wanted in the Marlow store, it was reduced. I called up and Kate did the rest. So easy, it was delivered a few days later and looks great in our house.

Five stars for OKA in Marlow
Really enjoyed visiting OKA in Marlow. We picked up some painted wooden coasters and a set of ceramic tea cups, and both look and feel beautifully made. The shop is bright and welcoming, and the team were very friendly and helpful.

Very smooth telephone order via Oka Marlow.
I spoke to Eloise, who knew precisely which cushion covers I wanted, and promptly arranged the whole thing.
When there was subsequently a slight issue with the carrier, by which time Eloise herself was on leave, the matter was resolved with incredible speed by the team. I was kept informed throughout and by the time Eloise herself was back and checked in with me, everything was safely under wraps.
Many thanks to Eloise and Beth. Another delightful experience with Oka!

Excellent customer service in OKA. Very friendly and professional service helping me choose a floor lamp and trying different lamp shades. Eloise & Beth were fantastic helping move the floor lamp to a sofa style I previously bought in the shop which helped greatly for making a decision to buy. They packaged up the item well for me to take home. The next day , I was so delighted with my beautiful floor lamp&shade I came to buy matching table shades and Katie &Fiona were very helpful and friendly helping me find the right size, colour and doing a part order online.

In store experience was fantastic
In store experience was fantastic . Staff in Marlow could not have been more helpful. However I paid £35 for delivery within a particular time window with no explanation or pre warning from the courier . We are however delighted with the product .
