What A Team
The sales advisors at Oka Tunbridge Wells are superb. I was welcomed by Suzanna using my name,Diana, although we had only met once. Great plus. Then Chris saved my bedroom decor !!!!! I was finding it so difficult to make my intense wall colour work with the rest of the room. Fear not Chris worked wonders. New cushions, new throw and masses of expertise and vision. Chris has superb taste and vision. He and his lovely team are such an asset and they deliver the Oka design vision to every customer. I would have been so proud to have such a team working with me back in the day

Nawel - Excellent customer service
When I came into the shop the item I was looking for wasn’t available. Nawel called me when it had come into stock and we went and purchased. Personal service like that doesn’t really exist anymore and as a result was able to purchase from our local Hoopers rather than online or in London .

Suzanne was so helpful & patient. I had trouble deciding what pattern went with the other & she immediately knew how to make it work, the cushions in my bed look gorgeous . She was very helpful with moving chairs around in the shop so I could see a different pairing with the dining table. Overall she made the whole experience more slick & made me feel confident with my choices. Which when you are paying a lot of money for something can be very helpful & less stressful. Great Customer Service
I received great advice from Suzanne with my cushion refresh. She was very knowledgable and took time to show me many different options which I really appreciated. Simona was also super helpful and took time to find me a cushion that I needed to complete a set.
