From us all at OSGS have a wonderful week.
Not as good as they were.
Used onestop quite a few times in the past with no issues, lately the same can’t be said. The only thing holding this business together are the customer service people.
Ordered 4 oscillating monkey fans, 4 manual ones arrived, got in touch with them and they told me they had 3 in stock, they sent them to me and one was a broken dirty return, one worked and one was missing. Their website still hasn’t been updated even though it’s incorrect and was told it would be rectified (2 weeks ago) but still isn’t.
All in all it feels like this company is going down the swanny and now I’ve finally sorted it all and had refunds, I definitely won’t be using them again.

I’ve used one stop grow shop many times over the years and have always had a good service,products always delivered on time if not earlier. I recently ordered four 30cm saucers but received four 35cm in error. I emailed Keiran and explained the problem and he promptly dispatched four of the right size.all in all a great service and I would highly recommend One Stop Grow Shop to anyone.

Superb customer service
Although there had been a mistake with the wrong product delivered, after contacting them we had an immediate reply and next day delivery of the correct goods.
We would definitely buy from them again.

Ordered nematodes
Ordered nematodes, first pack came out of date but was quickly sent another in date wine when I emailed. DHL managed to slightly crush the packaging both times thankfully this was not an issue. Otherwise pretty happy with this

Wasn’t happy about a few things
Wasn’t happy about a few things , Kieran from support helped me along the way and straightened things out .
HOWEVER they chose to use DHL as a delivery service and they managed to lose a package and then find it again, but both of my deliveries resulted in ripped open parcels and medium everywhere! All over garden , my hallway where they threw it in ,
I wouldn’t use OSGS again just because of the delivery service they chose to use .
Hats off to Kieran for getting me a small refund but this unfortunately doesn’t cover the medium that I’ve lost . 😡

Mixed Experience
Placed an order for two bags of growing medium. I had an account with the company, but they seem to have lost the details of it, so had to enter name, address etc. again. Had emails to say that the 2 bags had been shipped and delivered. Only 1 bag was in the package. Contacted support. Had response to say the other bag was being shipped separately and was on its way. It duly arrived. I'm rating Renate in support with 5 stars, and the rest of the company with 1 star, hence the average of 3.

Second time ordering online and twice…
Second time ordering online and twice not been happy. Just paid £95 for a Philips 315w cdm bulb and instead received a cheap Chinese copy. No doubt I will have to go through the painful process of getting a refund after paying to send back the wrong item. 😕
