This company is literally FOUL. They might offer you cheaper insurance but theres a reason, you get what you pay. I been with them for ONLY a year and few months and literally every 3months or so i get letter in the mail advising my policy is changing. They changed my monthly price every few months how does that even make sense???? So you try to call them and you literally can NEVER get through to speak to anyone for billing but if your a new client they pick up faster what a joke. Theres been a few times where they hung up on me for asking about my billing. Last week i called and spoke to Trisha i believe and she kept telling me " i dont know what to tell you" when i asked about why my bill changed for the 5th time in less then a year and because i told her " you are the billing department, if anyone can give me answers it would be you" and she told me she was hanging up knowing they closed at 5pm and i wouldnt be able to call back. Such a sad and embarrassing company i suggest you go to PC insurance they are just as cheap with amazing customer service. Onlia is NOT worth it believe me. They removed their bad google reviews but thankfully you cant remove trustpilot. 3.4 stars for a reason.

Great price and even better customer service!
Best price in comparison to any other company I inquired about, the broker I spoke with was Faryal and she was excellent to deal with. She explained all the rates and made sure the policy fit my needs perfectly. I will definitely recommend Onlia to others who are experiencing unfair rates and complicated insurance policies.

Insurance policy was canceled after months of email a whole year later I received a email from credit agents stating I owe them 1600$! What a joke of a company

They were great at first
They were great at first. Then bam renewal comes around nothing changed no accidents and insurance goes up over 100 dollars... insane I do not recommend. They also remove bad reviews so you can't really see the truth. Be careful with this company.
It has been a while however it seems all my reviews were removed as well as other people's. I really just want everyone to be aware of what they are getting into regargardless of time. Thank you for responding!
