They value 0 for your time ,money and will ruin your happiness. We ordered Onam palahara petty for Onam for our parents.its been more than 15 days,no delivery happened. Tried contact them over phone,no response.Only responded in WhatsApp assuring the delivery soon but never happened. If this company have anyone who could resolve my order #ORG40219, please.

I was very disappointed to learn that additional import taxes may be charged on items purchased from your website. This information should be clearly disclosed during the checkout process, before the customer completes the purchase. A prominent warning or declaration about potential import duties based on the customer’s country would allow customers to make an informed decision about whether to proceed with the purchase. Since your website is already able to detect the customer’s geography and automatically display the appropriate currency, I believe it should also be possible to provide a country-specific notification regarding applicable import taxes and duties. Please consider implementing a clear and transparent import-tax warning at checkout. This would not only help customers avoid unexpected costs but would also demonstrate that your company is committed to responsible and transparent business practices.

Extremely disappointing service - easily one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I placed my order more than a week ago, and I still haven’t received the items. Customer service has been completely unhelpful, with no proper updates, no clear explanation, and absolutely no positive response.

At this point, the whole experience feels extremely unreliable and honestly makes me question whether this is even a genuine service.

I strongly recommend others do not order anything from here unless you are prepared to keep chasing them with no proper response. Very frustrating and completely unacceptable service.

Not all items are send with the order and when the same was reported they refuse to acknowledge or rectify. Wouldn't shop ever again. Better to buy off from stores than with them. Waste of money.

Ordered Palakara Petti - Arrived within 10 days, but with some customs clearance issues for USA. Customer support team was very helpful with FDA prior notice and other required documents.

I absolutely loved each and every item. Delicious! They sent messages via Whatsapp for tracking which I found very convenient and delivery was fast. Very well priced!

Please don't order anything. They will take your money as pre booking amount then neither you will get order delivered nor you will get your money back.

Mangoes were disappointing.... Of the lot ordered, few have spoilt even before ripening. They have a premium price, paid 1200 for 3-3.5kg of mixed variety... For now 2 have spoilt even before ripening, when cut open another they were unevenly ripe... And the support when reached offering a 20% discount for the next order... Pathetic... Pls avoid them...

I ordered mangos from Oorla as I didn't get my ordered when I enquiredvthey told logistic issue we are going to retry to deliver the item after two days I got new order ID also. Then one day just by giving miscall. Delivery is attempted and you are not available message I started getting. When I called back they are not picking all customer service numbers are switched off. When I connected with miscall number and questioned them where you tried to Delivery area and all they changed it like called you to inform that item cannot be delivered and asking for otp. Not genuine site. They will delete all the negative message in instagram.

Paid enormous amount for a little stuff. And paid import tax again on top of that. Definitely not worth for money and not fresh too.

I placed a order almost now two weeks and also did the payment but no response from them.

Absolutely dreadful experience from start to finish. My order, worth €103.95, was placed over a month ago and I even paid extra for express delivery, yet I received no proper updates, no accountability, and no genuine effort whatsoever from the company to resolve the issue unless I repeatedly chased them myself.

Customer service was extremely poor — slow responses, vague answers, and zero sense of urgency despite having already taken my money. A customer should not have to continuously follow up simply to get basic information regarding their own order and refund.

What disappointed me most was the complete lack of professionalism and communication throughout the process. It genuinely felt as though the matter would have been ignored entirely had I not continued chasing the Oorla team myself.

Paying for express delivery and then being left waiting for more than a month with no proper resolution is completely unacceptable. I am still waiting for a clear refund timeframe and proper accountability from the company.

Very frustrating experience overall and certainly not a company I would recommend based on the service I received.

Poor quality if alphonsa mangoes delivered in the name of authenticity from ratnagiri. One mango was completely rotten and leaking while others were soft and leaky when ripe. Three of them started to blacken as it is ripening. A great loss of 1000 rs

I ordered palagara petti on 29th April and today is 9th may and I still didn't receive the product.

Being a perishable product they have to ensure the product is dispatched and delivered within 5 days ( which they have mentioned in the website).

Snaks and mangoes are vera level. Fast delivery. Honest recponce. Low price. So good

They made my day is unforgettable memories the product was so good and delicious the packing and delivery was so good 💯😊
