Brilliant place
My experience with having cataracts done was excellent. Had the first one done and second 6 weeks later. Only takes 10 minutes and everyone was very professional and put me at ease. Would recommend 100%.

Staff Professionalism and high quality service
The professionalism of the staff members was of a very high standard, from the call handler, receptionist, the assessing and follow up team of opthalmologists the nurses and a very special mention to Clair from the finance department. Also special mention to the surgeon who made the whole experience one which I felt comfortable and relaxed, as he took time to come to my level, showing care and commitment whilst demonstrating through his professionalism by keeping me informed of what to expect prior, during and after the surgery.
The quality of the services provided were of a very high standard and I well informed through this surgical experience. I would high recommend this team and Optegra to others who are requiring cataract surgery.

All round excellence
Slick efficient processes; warm friendly interactions with staff; surgeon (Mr Short) who explained each step in the surgery as he did it; plenty of information to help me decide whether to go for toric lenses or not; and most important - a fantastic outcome! I can see without glasses and better than I have been able to see since childhood.
