Would have been good if told prior to pre surgery prep that you can take your phone , book etc , something to do in the hour of preparation. .. no one said anything so it was a very boring hour !
Also , please could we have a rough choice of quiet music in surgery , as certain music can be extremely soothing and stress relieving .. something like Ravels piano concerto in G middle movement .., conversely I find a lot of modern music very stressFULL !
Just some thoughts ..,but overall very good and a great outcome .

Superb treatment
Optegra has been amazing from receiving the first correspondence to having two cataract operations. Also the welcome I received from the receptionists to the medical team was second to none.

A centre of excellence run by wonderful personnel. Only inconvenience: one cannot contact the hospital directly but only through a central phone centre with AI assistance. One gets used to it but slightly off putting.

Cataract surgery
Staff were very helpful,professional and friendly, I would recommend surgery at Optegra to anyone who needs it. My eyesight has improved a lot since my surgery, I still wear glasses but not very strong ones.
