Poor communication
Poor communication. No confirmation of order or when to expect to receive product. No response to email sent. Customer service vey unhelpful. No explanation to why product have not been delivered after 3 weeks. Do not buy from this website.

Good Quality
Product was good, especially given the price is at the lower end of the market. Took a little longer than expected although no difference in the wait times for local optometrist.

Return customer. Had no issues with anything, got what I ordered in a reasonable time, and quality is always good even though the price is much lower than going through an optometrist. I am rather clumsy so spares are a necessity.

Great customer service despite not having the frames I wanted out of stock
I purchased a pair of frames that were no longer in stock, and Joy a customer service agent was very lovely in organising for a replacement frame to be sent in exchange for the style that was out of stock. I haven't received the frames yet, but I have been advised that if they do not suit I am able to replace again for a pair that will be suitable. It can be very challenging to buy glasses online, but with the virtue mirror and friendly customer service agents it becomes much easier each time.

Bought a pair of glasses online - from Optically. They were a great price, love the colour and the measurements were clear, so I knew what size I was getting. It did take a long time to receive my product, but would buy from this company again.
