Hi Karolina,
We’re very sorry and truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We take great care to ensure all products leave our facility in perfect condition, but despite our strict quality controls and careful packaging, cans can occasionally be affected during transit due to handling in the shipping process.
We’ve reached out to you via email so we can review the damage and find a suitable resolution for you. We hope to hear from you soon and make this right. ❤️

The order was excellent—I loved it
The order was excellent—I loved it. Everything was very fast, including the delivery; it didn't take long at all, which I really appreciate. And my son absolutely loves the milk he drinks—it’s truly fantastic.

Organic’s Best is truly so easy to work with. They are super reliable and easy to contact. Formula always comes within 2 days from Germany. I used to order from a different site, and I realized their formula was not verified HIPP. But you can be sure Organic’s Best is the real deal because it is actually coming from Germany.

AMAZING 🤩
This made it so easy to get the hipp formula I needed. My family is from Illinois and they only have 2 stores that I know of that sell it for much more. This made it simple to stay home with my baby and not make the drive. They delivered to my home for the same price I would pay at the store and it was an amazing experience. I will definitely recommend.

Hi Daniel.
We are very sorry to hear that the carrier dropped the package at the wrong door in your building. We understand it can be frustrating when the carrier delivers to the wrong door. We were very happy to hear that you have found your package nonetheless :)
We replied to your email to help you find a resolution to prevent this in the future and to assist with the hassle that the delivery to the wrong door signified.
We are attentive to your answer.

Our son is doing great on HIPP formula
Our son is doing great on HIPP formula. We are very happy to have found and have access to this brand that does not contain folic acid. He has been spitting up much less/hardly ever. His tummy is finally regulating after switching from Breast milk to formula now to this formula. The turn around for shipment and delivery from the time I purchased was incredibly fast. Overall impressed with everything!
