We engaged Origin over 2 years ago to advise us on financial retirement planning. Leon Hunt was very accessable (despite Covid restrictions early on) and took us methodically and professionaly through our options. We appreciated the concern to get it right for us and we have been very happy with the outcome.

Leon is very good at explaining my financial portfolio in way that I can understand. I find he is very knowledgeable on a broad range of financial subjects. Leon is very approachable and I always feel at ease in his company. I am pleased with the service I receive from Origen.

My wife and I have used Origen FS to manage our Pensions for the last 5 years, our main contact is Leon Hunt he provides an exceptional, friendly service . We have total confidence and respect for the advice we have been given and look forward to working with him and Origen FS for many years to come.

Kerina spent a great deal of time explaining options to my father and myself. She was very thorough and made sure that both of us understood fully. After she left, my father and myself were extremely glad that we had arranged a face to face meeting with her. She is an asset to the company she works for.

Very helpful, timely and professional in my experience thus far, although I should qualify that I've only been using their investment advice in anger for about 5 months, so it's still early days - the products are performing well to date in what seem to have been pretty adverse market circumstances.

I have had no problem with Origen and have had an excellent relationship with my adviser Leon Hunt for over 5 years. Contact options are to suit my own needs.

The company was originally recommended to me - and the service I have been received has been excellent. Leon Hunt has been our main contact and he has proved to be a valuable asset. The company have been proactive with extra advice and information during the pandemic and the current global situation. Recently I had a query with Leon back in November and needed some advice, which was attended promptly.

I have been totally happy with the service received from Origen and my advisor Leon Hunt in respect of my pension. My fund has held up very well within a turbulent market and advice is always available should I require it, including a face to face annual review. I personally would highly recommend.

Presently trusting this Company to transfer out my Royal London defined staff benefits scheme which has been a disgrace .Once it’s all done I filled intend to go back to the relevant authorities .How can an ordinary Joe with prostrate cancer ,58 years old and not being able to transfer out of this disgusting DBS .2 years ago ,wrote to RL with full intentions of taking my pot .It was a highest 105 k Dec 2021 .Then reduced to 87k six months later.At that point got 2 unbiased FAs involved who led me down garden path .3 months later .It was TV of 81k .
Now this lot are dragging their heels and telling me it’s a long process 1 month after doing initial fact finding .
This Company have been chosen by RL to give ex RL staff free initial advice and don’t take any of the pot in fees .
However at what cost .Have RL got cosy little relationship going here benefitting RL by stalling on the deferrals .
The interest rates are going up and RL will be saving a fortune on the payouts of TVs .
Happy to come back and change this status of this .it’s now 3rd November 2022

I wouldnt trust this scamming firm working on a recommended pension transfer from Tesco. They do a 45minute call after you fill all your details then say they can't help, charging £1000 for no help. It turns out they have done this with lots of the final salary pension transfers.
This service is free from any private financial services therefore be warned its a scam. Tesco shouldn't recommend this company as its under false pretences.

Appointed to deal with a slightly complex pension transfer. Initially the pension company was at fault but when that was resolved it still went nowhere. Communication with Origen financial adviser was poor. I raised a gentle complaint after quite a few months and the matter was speedily dealt with and I am happy with their response. It’s when things go wrong that commitment to customer service is properly tested and Origen came through this test. Will use again.
