Damaged item, awful customer service, and no solution in sight. Be prepared to dispute your transaction with your credit card company or bank, it's the only way to get your money back.

Received a damaged item and haven't replaced a new one. It has been almost a month

I placed an order April 20, 2026 and Liezel from Ornate made it very clear to me by email that White glove delivery would be done together and that the team would bring it in inside my house and assemble it and remove all the trash. She told me that if I chose in-room delivery than they would just deliver it to my room of choice but no assembly. I let her know that I wanted white glove delivery and have it all done on a Saturday as that is the only day I was available. Liezel from Ornate told me once she sees that I placed the order she would add the note on my account to request the White Glove delivery for a Saturday. Also on the ornate website it specifically says-"Will my furniture be assembled upon delivery? Yes—if you choose white glove delivery. Our team will bring everything inside, assemble it right there. I randomly then receive a different email stating that a company called Loadup will be coming to my house on May 4 in the afternoon. I had no idea what Loadup was so I googled them and discovered they are a junk removal company that also does assembly of products. They told me that Ornate had setup an assembly of my 2 piece sectional for Monday May 4. I was totally confused because they told me they did not do white glove delivery and were just an assembly company. I then emailed Ornate and they started to cover up their mistakes and told me that the item would be delivered on Saturday May 2 but then the white glove would happen on Monday May 4, which was another lie as again Loadup only assembles. On May 2 the trucker told me that he would only bring it inside my doorway if I helped him or else he would drop it off outside. I ended up helping him because I did not want the leather to get ruined in the hot Az heat but I have severe spinal stenosis and pain and I should not have had to help him as a customer considering i had chosen Whiteglove delivery. My neck was hurting for days after me having to lift and do all this heavy lifting. The other bad thing that happened is the company that came to assemble it separate from the first guy who just dropped it off needed my help as well. I had to hold the sofa up while he was unzipping the underneath part of each sectional to find all of the tools and parts. And then I help him lift it back down and also helped him remove all the plastic and put it together as he was all alone. I feel that this was so misleading as I chose and paid for white glove delivery service but I did all the work. They owe me at least 25% off of the $2000.00 for all this work and stress and pain they caused me. This was worst furniture buying experience I've ever had.

When someone has paid but you still take 1 week to ship the out that was my only issue

I would definitely order from Ornate Furniture again! From the simply ordering online to the smooth delivery, everything went well. I was very satisfied with my overall experience with this store and their products.

Missed delivery window. Did not call before delivery as promised.

The piece I ordered was apparently not available despite being featured on the website. Customer service reached out- the piece I opted to replace the first one was also not available. I chose a third piece, and it took over a week for it to ship. I have no idea when it will actually arrive because there is no way to track it. The only reason I chose two stars is that the customer service person was very responsive and seemed to really want to help.

I wish I remembered my sales representative‘s name, He was excellent with the smoothest transaction I’ve experienced in a furniture purchase.

BUYER BEWARE! If you are interested in receiving your item in any reasonable amount of time, do yourself a favor, mark down the item name and number and find it at a comparable or better price somewhere else. The communication is terrible. They didn’t even have my order delivery scheduled 5 days after placing the order, and would have been WEEKS to receive it. Oh, all for a paltry shipping fee of $300! Then, even before they scheduled it, I had it cancelled and they state they require a 3% merchant fee, oh no. Do the right thing, don’t support trash merchants like this, there are too many with sustained, positive track records of good service, ornate homes is not one of them.

Was looking for some nice tables and came across Ornate Homes which had a set I was looking at. They were fast on service in delivering - even though it was to take a few weeks it came in within a week - they had the best price on the table and the packaging was as to not damage the items in transport. All around - a pleasure to have purchased my table from them!

I learned about white label furniture (a brand like Ashley sells stock to other companies who sell it at a cheaper price) and decided to go with Ornate Home after doing some extensive research. I did visit the local Ashley store to see what I was ordering before hand so I knew it was the right size, color, fabric, and comfort. I found that Ornate Home not only had a better price, their delivery price was cheaper by half and a faster delivery window. When it said ships in 12-14 business days, I honestly expected it to take another three weeks after that window based on previous experiences buying directly from Ashley. Instead it ARRIVED in 12 business days. I was beyond happy. The delivery went smoothly and everything was intact. I’d definitely consider ordering from here for any future furniture needs.

I ordered the table set on March 2. Item is supposed to ship in 3-5 days. I didn't receive a shipping notification until March 26. On April 10th, the table and chairs arrived. When the delivery team went to setup the table, there was a leg missing. Today is April 23 and I am still waiting for a replacement let. I would LOVE to actually be able to use this table that I ordered TWO MONTHS ago. Not happy.

Friendly, helpful, professional delivery men. Arrived early and did a great job!
