I can’t review the items I bought as they are a Christmas gift. However I would like to write a review on the customer service. After ordering the wrong size cap I rang to explain my error. Nothing was too much trouble. I re ordered the correct size and was told that they would email a return label ( for free) despite it being my error. They were so helpful and wanted to ensure I was completely satisfied with everything!

Really fast, reliable, & they changed my delivery address within 30 minutes of me emailing after I mistakenly put the wrong one down.

Ordered pair of XT6 for my daughter. After five days I decided to email them to find out the progress of the order. Day later got email that the item was our of stock. Offered 10% discount for future orders. They kept my money for almost a week.Sold out of stock item and Didn't inform me about it unless I made the effort.

Hadn't heard of Outsiders Store before this order but I'll be back. Very clear website, found just what I wanted, rapid delivery.

I ordered an e-voucher to be delivered via email on my nephew's birthday but he never received it. I double checked I had entered his correct email address and I had. I have forwarded my confirmation email to him which has the code on, I so am hoping that will work. I was disappointed that he didn't receive the e-voucher, he thought I had forgotten his birthday.

I Bought a Patagonia waterproof jacket from the website, the price was good and the process was faultless, ordered on a Monday and wearing it by Wednesday.

Bought a beanie and the price was reasonable. Website was simple to use and delivery was pretty quick which was helpful as the temperaturs dropped quitesuddenly. Couldn't ask for much more

Good prices and choice of products but VERY slow delivery and poor tracking communication - I do live on an island though 🤷‍♂️

I ordered a pair of bedrock sandals for my son, size 8.
Although they were delivered very quickly they have sent me a size 4 and have charged me £2.95 for the privilege of returning them!

I’ve been a customer both at their London and online store for a number of years now. Really excellent range of curated products. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I’m particularly impressed with their live online chat support, all the staff that are on there are really helpful and follow up with emails if required.

From reading online reviews, I wasn't sure about sizing for the brand/boots I wanted, and had a helpful Chat exchange with Katie prior to placing the order. She was super helpful in offering a free return/exchange if the size turned out not to be right. As it was, I ordered my usual size and the boots are perfect. I'm very happy with them and with the purchasing/delivery process.

A website that looks nice and works seamlessly, excellent logistics my thighs arrive exactly when they said they would and really handsome packaging really nice when a parcel arrives at it looks nice.
