Pas terrible
Un retard de navette depuis mon hotel m'a fait arriver 2 minutes après l'heure officiel de départ du van. Le chauffeur ne me répondait pas par téléphone mais j'ai réussi à le trouver juste avant qu'il ne parte. Il était excessivement condescendant et très peu arrangeant mais a accepté que je monte toute de même à bord.
Le reste du trajet s'est mieux passé, il n'est pas méchant mais devrais être plus flexible et surtout plus responsable lorsqu'on essaie de le joindre.
Je ne recommanderai que si vous n'avez pas d'autres options pour vous rendre à votre destination.

Trajet annulé une heure avant le départ
J'ai réservé une place pour une navette allant de CDG à l'aéroport de Beauvais une semaine en avance. Une heure avant le départ, un mail m'indique que le voyage est annulé pour "raison d'exploitation". Aucune solution n'a été proposée. Un remboursement doit m'être versé sous 7 jours.
Je déconseille très fortement.
Edit du 07/03 : le remboursement prévu n'a toujours pas été effectué.

Ne travaillant pas en affiliation avec nos concurrents, nous n'avons pas pu vous proposer d'alternative directe, bien que les options de transport soient nombreuses sur Paris. Cela n'excuse pas la gêne occasionnée et nous en sommes navrés.
Nos relevés confirment que votre remboursement a été effectué. Si vous l'avez bien reçu, auriez-vous la gentillesse de mettre à jour votre avis ? Dans le cas contraire, n'hésitez pas à nous envoyer un email pour que nous puissions vérifier l'état de la transaction immédiatement

The car was nice, the route was not clear
The car was nice, the driver was fast and I got to place on time. The only problem was that I was not informed that it will be stopping in Charle de Gaule which made me nervous that I may be late. It will be perfect if this information is also included so that the traveler can define how much time he/she needs to get to the airport. The rest was amazing.

Scammers, both of my Beauvais-Parigi Centre Paris transfers (round trip) were cancelled two days before the transfer. No explanation, no communication possible (no one answers the email address), no refund. Don't get scammed

Do not expect a refund…SCAM
I wish I looked at the many many negative reviews about this company. I’ve been trying for 2 weeks now to cancel my booking that is due in 3 weeks.
I’ve contacted them using the email reservation they provided, WhatsApp and Facebook to no avail. They state you can cancel 1 day before the reservation but good luck trying to do this as they do not reply. I feel bad for the people who have to contact them urgently about a booking.
Do not try to save yourself a few euros by using this company, pay extra and use a well known transfer company. I will be issuing a bank charge back soon to retrieve my money.

Se quedan con el dinero (y borran comentarios)
Vuelvo a copiar el comentario puesto que tienen la poca vergüenza de borrarlo encima que se quedaron con mi dinero, siendo una cancelación suya, y sin contestar a un solo correo.
Quedarse con el dinero de una persona a la que no se le prestó el servicio sin devolverlo, y sin contestar al correo ni hacer por devolver el importe, sólo tiene un nombre... Y quedaréis denunciados como tal.
Horrible. Compré dos billetes con tiempo para Octubre, y el día antes nos dejaron tirados. Para colmo, no me devolvieron el dinero. Hemos enviado varios correos, y no nos han contestado a ninguno. Un mes después, seguimos sin tener señales de ellos. Una vergüenza. A eso se le llama estafa.
