Taking too long to get any resolution and refund for cancelled ordered within 5mins of order on 13Dec25. It is now 24Jan26 still nothing and I’m being charged $47 for subscription? Whatever for?
Ozzi Home added a "free" membership to my order without my consent. I purchased a mosquito zapper for $77.98, which is now advertised for $61 (another pain point!).
They then charged me $47 for some reoccurring subscription that I did not consent to or sign up to.

Beware - fraudulent website! Very misleading, and many hidden costs you don’t know you have signed up for, like extended warranty and a membership that I never knew I signed up for until I was charged a month later! Do not buy from here!!

I saw the ad on line and ordered a hearing aid. It said free shipping. Immediately after ordering a video popped up. The video strongly encouraged upgrading so it would work better. I got uncomfortable so i immediately requested to cancel. In spite of several requests to cancel I received them. I asked for an address to return them-it’s not on the package. They have refused saying someone would be in contact. Horrible company.

I'm happy to update my review to 4-stars. I had been charged for a bundle when I only wanted to buy one item. Now, I am pleased to say that the product arrived and I received the refund for the overcharge. The product seems to be working okay. I haven't been bitten by a mosquito yet, whenever I turn on the product, when I'm outdoors. Thank you, Ozzi Home.

Beware you are not signed into their company’s membership! The onus is on you to cancel, otherwise you will be charge $40+ per month!!! When you contact them about money they have taken out of your account, they refuse to refund.
Company has refunded me my money and issue resolved to my satisfaction.

I had a charge from Ozzi Home on my credit card that neither my husband nor I recognized. I reached out to them directly to try to get to the bottom of it. They were very judicious about helping me get answers from their side and, although it took a few days, we did resolve it to great satisfaction! It was indeed a charge of ours that my husband had forgotten about. What was great was their patience and diligence in hanging in there with me. It was clear they cared and wanted to be sure we, as clients, felt comfortable and confident in their service. One of the very few great experiences with customer service that I've had in this century.

I ordered the hearing aids under order #129085.
Received the aids and they are terrible, I charged then and put them in my ears and all I get is screeching sounds, even after pushing the buttons on the aids for different tones/levels. Can not use because of this. Request a fund on my order and shipping charges.

I appreciate your quick response to my situation. Your customer service was courteous and resolved my issue immediately upon my review. Due to this quick and courteous response to my situation I am editing my review to 3 stars for action on my purchase of the hearing aids and not that I have been compensated to edit my review.

I was with my wife doing some shopping on Boxing Day when I realized that I had lost my left hearing aid. We looked everywhere and could not find it. When we got home, I messaged your company, and you sent a replacement out straight away. I arrived very quickly and was already charged up, and I continued getting used to them again.
