My husband placed an order on the 10th of December for mozzie zappers, they said they were in stock. After a week he was contacted to say they are out of stock, he mentioned he was not willing to wait so just wanted a refund. They talked him into waiting and said they would refund a large portion of th money he had paid but it would take up to 6 weeks. Just a couple of days ago I got a bank notification that they had taken more money from our account without permission. We have closed down that credit card as we don't trust them to take more money. They should be stopped.

I sincerely have to say that I have not seen the level of quality customer service in DECADES. I ordered the Better Hearing hearing aids. When tge package entered US customs there was some tariff issue and was confiscated I wrote an email to the rep who had been attentive even before any issues. Within a day, they already, omplaced a re-order for me. ( Shipping is international so allow longer receipt time.)
Product delivered and I am so pleased. Even heard from Ozzie, co-founder ensuring all was in perfect order. It was! Well, I lost one of the aids,and inquired of price to order just one,, only to learn that was not possible,,but don't fret.. cause the insurance covers loss. They replaced the entire kit aids and charger. Again their attn to detail almost daily was primo. You can rest assured if there is any issue, they have a solution

I honestly regret ever dealing with this business.
I bought several mosquito “zapper” devices that were marketed like premium, high-performance products. What showed up felt nothing like that. In my opinion, they look and perform like the cheapest possible imports. One of mine didn’t even work out of the box, and the others were so weak they might as well have been decorative.
If that was the end of it, I’d chalk it up to bad luck. But then I discovered I’d been placed into some ongoing subscription arrangement that I did not clearly agree to or understand at checkout. The claim of “$200 of free items per month” is laughable after seeing what I received by the first time.
I contacted support immediately. They confirmed the next subscription order hadn’t shipped, so I told them plainly: cancel it and refund me. That’s when things really went downhill.
Instead of just cancelling, I was pushed through endless emails trying to convince me to stay subscribed to something I wanted no part of. It took multiple messages just to get a straight answer, which was: no refunds, due to their “terms and conditions” — even though nothing had been fulfilled, delivered, or provided for that charge.
Refusing refunds for unshipped subscription orders is outrageous. It shows, in my opinion, a complete disregard for basic customer service and fair dealing. I’ve been around long enough to know when something feels off, and this whole process felt deeply unpleasant and predatory in its approach.
At that point, I was done wasting time. I initiated a chargeback through my bank for the unfulfilled subscription amount, and I’ve lodged formal complaints with the ACCC and my state consumer protection agency so regulators can take a look at this kind of conduct.
There are plenty of businesses out there that respect customers, honour refunds, and don’t bury people in subscription traps. In my experience, this is not one of them.
My advice: do not waste your time, money, or patience.

The hearing aid is actually helping with clarification of speech. I own several aids and these ,so far, have made the biggest difference. I do not feel so isolated now. They are larger than I usually want. I have smaller ears so the fit is not as perfect. I suggest try anyway. Glad I did.

When I made a purchase, I did not realise (probably because I made the purchase using my mobile phone, not my PC) that I had inadvertently subscribed to a subscription-based rewards program. I subsequently chose to end this subscription and Ozzi Home were extremely helpful in both cancelling the subscription and providing advice on how to cease further regular payments from my PayPal account.

Communication was excellent at all times.
Never had an issue with replies to emails and the follow up to the order and making sure everything was OK was definitely worth a 5 Star rating.

There was a delivery issue originally with OzziHome, but they (& Ray in particular) were extremely helpful & patient in their response to me, & this has now been resolved with my gratefulness for their actions.

Initially I had ordered 2 mozzgaurds when I finally received them found that only one worked, so I was disappointed.
However because I had taken out extended warranty the team at Ozz home had no hesitation in sending me a replacement. The communication from them was excellent and I have now received my replacement and it works yeah.
Thank-you Ozz home for being so up front about your products, as you know in today’s market it’s hard to know what is real and what is a scam.
The only thing I would change is the 3 transactions as this makes it look suspicious.
