I’ve recently used Ozzie home to purchase hearing aids, and bundles to go with them, my experience was very good, and I would recommend them to anyone, I’m hearing things I haven’t heard for a long time and it makes such a difference, my regards go out to Pat who has helped me immensely

I ordered a set of hearing aids and in approximately one hour sent an email asking for cancellation. I was told that they could not be canceled because they were in processing. I was told that I could return and cancel when I received them I received them but cannot seem to get in touch with them to cancel.

Wie bereits von anderen Käufern berichtet, ist das Hörgerät "BTE CIC Hearing Aids" von Ozzi Home absolut unbrauchbar, da es extrem starke Rückkopplung (Pfeifen) verursacht, die nicht abzustellen ist. Ich habe bereits die neueste (upgrade) Version erhalten. Nach der Reklamation erhielt ich das Rücksendeformular mit einer Rücksende-Adresse in China, obwohl der Warenversand aus Deutschland erfolgte. Der preiswerteste Versand (unter 2 kg mit DHL) beträgt über EUR 25. Jetzt ist die Rücksendung über 4 Wochen unterwegs, davon liegt sie mehr als 3 Wochen im chinesischen Zoll; natürlich waren alle nötigen Zolldokumente enthalten. Ich bezweifle, dass ich jemals den Kaufpreis erhalte. Ich empfehle das Hörgerät lieber wegzuwerfen statt es zurückzusenden, und nicht "dem schlechtem Geld das gute Geld hinterherzuwerfen".

Bis jetzt über 25 Mail von Ozzi bekommen immer freundlich versuchen einen zu überreden die Pay Pal Geld Rückforderung zurück zunehmen danach vollen sie dir dann die Ware schicken was nicht passiert also tut das nicht.
Verstehe auch nicht warum Pay Pal bei diesen Anbietern keine Warnung vor bezahlen ausspricht.

If I could give a negative number, I certainly would. I just received the hearing aids that I originally ordered for $99.00. I have been battling Ozzi Home since less than 5 minutes after placing my order. I ran across some bad reviews and immediately tried to cancel (less than 5 minutes after placing order). They denied and said it was packaged and gshipped. Too late to cancel!!! No one can ship that fast. I went to my PayPal account and saw they had not one but two charges. One for the $99 plus tax, which came to $108.95. The second charge was for $297.00 for an upgrade and expedited shipping neither of which I knew anything about. They told me I had requested it on their site. No I didn't, unless it was so obscure that I didn't know it. This company is a fraud and take advantage of the elderly. PLEASE MAKE NOTE: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY — Ozzi Home or betterhearing.com. I'm still battling with them to get my refund. BUYER BEWARE.

Reading all the 51% of 1 star reviews is a very tedious experience. Trust Pilot is indeed your friend. To the best of my knowledge they are the universally accepted go to site for anyone considering making a purchase. I have to admit I do feel a little sorrow for poor JD as he is constantly promising to handle every complaint personally. If genuine he is not going to have much leisure time when he is "reaching out" to over 50% of 1 star reviews with more arriving every day. JD reacted unfavorably to my originally negative review of his very dubious advertising methods claiming Trust Pilot was only for items purchased. Normally I would agree but with a company who has managed to earn a massive 51% of 1 star reviews I feel JD and the OzziHome empire are the exception. It is a pity that Trust Pilot reviews are not read by every prospective buyer. Not only would they save money and weeks off hassle but they would be aware that JD and his minions are akin to the old time Snake Oil salesmen. It would be interesting to know how many prospective buyers such as myself were prevented from buying having read the 51% of one star reviews. Maybe Trust Pilot should add a section where those who were put off buying an item could voice their feelings.

I have totally changed my earlier review the letter i received from JD Ozzi Home made me feel so much at ease and being taken care of and listened to
The Elderly often feel invisible when dealing with things the deafness adds to the hurt.

Be very careful when considering buying hearing aids from this company their advertising practice is very smart and misleading. I was taken in and instead of paying the £79 my bill came to £433. That would still been Ok if the aides were suitable for my ears but unfortunately not. When you try to get a refund as per their guarantee that is when the trouble starts. Your first offered an alternative then a 30% refund then a very complex set of instructions with potential risk of receiving nothing. Don’t be a fool like me that only probably only get 30%. I am pleased and relieved to inform you that JD with approval from a new owner have processed a full refund. JD has also stated that they are going to reevaluate their procedures including checkout process and are committed to learning and improving. I hope they also look at the returns procedure because if you don’t own a printer you will have problems.

JD from Ossi homes responds favorably to problems with sales and significant warranty claims and assures customers that he will address them..., but seems to fail in directing his "team" to change their unfortunate customer relation consideration. (based on 52% 1 star rating). I was interested in their hearing aids but am very concerned at the large amount of very recent unhappy customers. If these problems are so obvious.., Why are they not addressed at the problem (sales) area? Yes, I would genuinely love a response from you JD.

I have had to wear hearing aids for a few years I'm not that deaf but the conventional aids come with their problems. I have never been able to afford private hearing aids u till I saw your advert. I was a bit dubious at first but decided to take the plunge. It has taken me a week to get used to them but their is no bought that the improvement is quite dramatic.

Das schlechte Hören entsteht nämlich durch die unterschiedliche Auffassung der Fernseher - Lautstärke. Mit Eurer Lieferung ist das Problem nun nicht mehr vorhanden.

I ordered a pair of behind-the ears hearing aids, the second delivery from Ozzi Home. As with the first delivery, I was regularly kept up to date on the shipment and was able to learn exactly when the product would be delivered. It arrived on time, delivered by a friendly driver.
I was quite surprised at how easy it was, and how quickly to charge the built in batteries. The microphone which fits into the ear is hardly noticeable, while the control pieces fitting behind the ears are simple to adjust for change in the volume, and to change depending on the location where I most need the aids.

I purchased some hearing aids from Ozzie Home, but I wasn't completely happy with them. After making contact by email, I was given advice on how to improve things. And also sent a care kit free of charge, containing lots of useful items. A few days later, one of the aids stopped working. I again made contact by email, and was sent a replacement set immediately, which arrived in around a week. Thanks to Ozzie Home for their help.

And replied in The nicest way when l was a bit cranky..as l didn’t realise l had signed up for a regular shipment accidentally .. They were SO good and nice about my cancellation until l am ready to order more as l still have heaps left.

My review is that I had ordered a very expensive set of hearing aids from a
well known company, I had been wearing them for 5 months or so, I did like
them and yes they did help! Some times you would get a squeal or chirp and
the wind really helped too much!!!
So one day saw a pop-up add for the Ozzie home brand of in the canal
hearing aids, I'm a very skeptical person but thought for $100, what the
heck I'll try them, they offered expedited shipping for less than $10 so
did that also!!! It took about a week to get them in, so don't exactly
know what expedited shipping means but any way,
I wore the Ozzie home brand aids and did like alot of features, and didn't
have the wind and squealing issues, on the night of the second day, was
laying on couch watching TV and noticed something didn't seem right so
checked my right ear, it seemed ok. Reached up to my left ear and aids was
gone!!!Had no idea where or when I had lost it! So started checking
couch,kitchen bedroom ect, ect, truck, garage. None to my surprise did not
find it!!! Still did want to experience these hearing aids, so I emailed
Ozzie home and ask them if I could buy a single, or if I had to buy
another set? Ozzie home staff went the extra mile and took care of the
situation!!!! Every Ozzie home person that. Emailed me or I emailed or
texted them was courteous and very helpful.
OZZIE HOME HAS VERY VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
