Very poor customer service. The bags were not to my liking (heavy, bulky and smell) but they do not allow returns unless they are damaged. One of my bags has a stain so I hope to be able to at least get half of my money back. The other bag will be donated. I will never purchase from this company again.
Better than the reviews give!
Although the delivery time felt like it took forever, it actually wasn't as long as I thought. I received many updates on the status of my delivery too. The bag is fab! It stores everything I need and want, although I didn't expect the divider between the main compartment and the lunch box area to be a put it in place yourself thing. It does make it a little tricky to get the lunchbag out, but I will just relocate the divider base. I'm actually really happy with the bag, and don't understand issues or comment made about poor zips and materials.

Never received, never even shipped
Ordered a bag 3/29, I got an email with a tracking number but it never left the warehouse. 4/11 I reached out and it's been nothing but "we are waiting for a response from our warehouse" emails. Refused to reply to my refund request & I even paid $10 for shipping insurance! Worst customer service. I sent copies of everything to Amex and they are handling it.
No customer service, long delays and awful smell
Firstly, where are they getting the information from on their website to say they have 12,000 reviews at 4.8/5? Surely there’s something there which is false advertising.
I bought this as a Christmas present. It took longer than the max 20 business days stated on their website as it came from china which isn’t mentioned anywhere.
Secondly, when this did turn up and I opened it there is a pungent plastic smell which can’t be shifted. We have tried everything to get rid of the smell and 4 months later it’s still there.
The bag is now unusable and I tried to contact the sellers to describe my issues with no response. Absolutely poor on all counts and a waste of money.
Took forever to arrive
Took forever to arrive, and zero communications. Bag would be good except once the lunch bag is removed it collapses with the weight of the items in the top of the bag. Great idea but poor execution.
Do not buy bag
Do not buy bag. Mine has a broken zipper, I emailed customer service who said they would replace my bag and I still have not received it. I have messaged them several times since and they are not replying to me now. It has now been four months since I first contacted them. Customer service is very poor.

I would strongly advise against purchasing from this seller.
I paid AUD $150 for a bag which was never delivered. Australia Post has confirmed in writing that the parcel was returned to China and is currently sitting in customs awaiting collection by the seller.
Despite this, the seller has completely ignored multiple emails and has failed to issue a refund.
I have fulfilled all of my obligations as the buyer, and this has been verified by the freight carrier. The seller has simply chosen not to respond or take responsibility.
I am now escalating this through my payment provider and consumer protection authorities.
Based on my experience, I would not trust this seller with your money.
Very Happy
I ordered at the end of March and it arrived within a couple of weeks. I thought the divider between the lunch box and top was missing and sent a message to support. They gave a prompt reply requesting pics but by this time I had realised it was folded down on the inside for packing.
It is amazing as I don’t need to take my laptop bag lunchbox and handbag to work

I think the quality for the price is very reasonable. The zips seems to catch a little on the laptop section as it comes over the top corners but I just take it slow and find it easier if the middle section is zipped first.
It is heavy when fully packed but I would expect that from everything I put in there but it definitely stops my daily juggling act..
I love it and am going to buy another for my daughter in-law.

This company has the worst customer service ever. I ordered a bag for my wife weeks before Valentines Day and as of April 17th I still have not received my bag! Also no communication even after dozens of communications sent out to them! Buyer beware! Do not buy from this company!
Absolute scam
Absolute scam. I placed a duplicate order and needed to cancel one of them. I emailed them and they notified me that I can cancel and receive a 30% fee or wait until I received the item to process a return. After I received the item I emailed to process a return and sent 5 emails in 3 weeks with no response to which I get told “we do not process returns for customers who simply do not like the item”. In no where in my email did I mention I didn’t like the item. I was told I would be able to process a return when I got the item. And after reviewing their own return policy l, no where does it state that “simply not liking the item doesn’t qualify for a return”. Absolute scam, will be reporting it
I received one of these bags as a gift…
I received one of these bags as a gift from my fiancee. It looked nothing like the photos online. When we received it it is a very cheap fake leather look. As stated on the website I tried returning it and they told me I could not just return it for not liking it. They are scam artists . Buyer beware. Also the same bags are $30 everywhere else and $100 through them
After placing the order
Poor customer service. After placing the order, I wanted to return it because I honestly did not need another bag. I was told I can’t return it for simply not liking the item. Totally not worth it and the customer service is atrocious. I’m quite skeptical of the high reviews of the backpack. All places should have at least a 30-day return policy, and clearly, Packuum does not. People change their minds and should be allowed the return items in a timely manner, especially if the item is unopened and unused. Not with it and save yourself the trouble and buy a different bag. Poor customer service.

I ordered a bag and they still had not shipped it with in 3 weeks. When I contacted them they sent the same generic message multiple times. I told them to cancel my order immediately and received another message that there would be a 30% fee to cancel to cover admin costs. What a scam!

Worst company horrible customer service. Still waiting for the bag from 6 weeks ago said automatic ships yea right. Tracking number doesn’t exist.

Never got an order number, chased up multiple times including commenting on social media and finally got the product, but still never recieved the order number. The bag feels bendy and flimsy, the zipper is terrible quality, and they won’t message me back regarding the 30 day refund. So I’ve disputed it through my bank. Don’t expect the product that’s advertised, don’t expect a reply from customer service. I’ve tried emailing and contacting on messenger as well. When reading other reviews it seems to be a scam.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. Packuum Bags are a joke. I wish I would have seen these reviews before purchasing. They sent me the wrong bag. When I informed customer service, they said I would have to pay for a second bag and that I could not exchange it. So, basically they made the mistake, but will not correct it. It's worth it to just carry three bags instead of purchasing from this shady company.

Mine arrived in about 3 weeks over Christmas from the UK to USA. Of course it will take a while to arrive. I absolutely LOVE mine. Quality-material-looks of the black bag. I always receive compliments and fits my lunch perfectly. If you spill, material is easy to dry out wipe out and on your way. I most likely will get the backpack!

100% highest quality. I love my bag and everyone that has seen it has asked where I bought it. I have given everyone the website to check out their bags and deals. I was amazed at the size of the separate insulated lunch bag that fits snugly into the bottom of the bag ( in its own compartment) it fits so much, I have in mine 2 flat freezer blocks, a sandwich or a container plus fruit a 600ml water plus a full sized can of drink. Just incredible. There are heaps of varying sized compartments and it is so comfortable to carry. You don’t know it’s on your back with the thick padding of the straps and material. 100 out of 100 for exactly what Packuum bags described their product. Well done, a very happy customer
