I wish I could give this less than one star. Purchased an item that has never turned up which is absolutely gutting. I've waited nearly a month.

I am delighted with my Packuum backpack!!! As a personal trainer I have to bring a change of clothes, work materials, and my lunch and snacks to work for the day. The lunchbox insert makes things extremely easy to organize and pack. I love the back compartment for my laptop and notebooks. I got the black backpack and it's chic and cute, and of course, functional :) I wasn't going to trust an instagram ad but I'm so glad I did! Thank you Packuum for the amazing product.

Don’t bother.

I didn’t receive my order and after 3 weeks of chasing I received an email simply saying my order had been cancelled. No apology. Still awaiting a refund…

Disgusting customer service if you can call it that.

I purchased a bag long long before Christmas for my partner. I did this knowing that postage would become an issue nearer the time.

However the company I say that loosely set accepted the payment then did not actually do any postage for weeks after long long after Christmas I eventually got the parcel. At which point I had assumed they were outright a scam so I had done a dispute on the transaction. This was AFTER I had tried to contact them multiple times to address the issue.

Fast forward into Jan over a month after the issue I get a condescending email trying to tell me that my behavior was unacceptable. Despite the entire issue being avoidable by simply communicating.

I have ofc agreed to pay for what I did receive in the end however this company is absolutely disgusting. There customer service is horrific.

Whatever else you do do not ever ever ever purchase anything from here unless your happy to wait for about a quarter of the year.

The bag is ok, kinda cheap and not worth the price. The person I gifted it to for Christmas didn’t like it. I tried to return it and the company wrote back and said that I couldn’t return it. Could only return if the product is faulty. Not “liking”it is not a reason for a refund, and that I should have read their terms of service . Total scam, and they obviously aren’t concerned with unhappy customers.

Company will attempt delivery at incorrect address then try and charge you a 30% cancellation fee.

Stay away from this company.

I received a Packuum Bag as a Christmas present & I LOVE it! It’s now my new work purse because it carries all I need PLUS my lunch! It is super sturdy & really nice quality!! Also, their social media team is super interactive & responsive — I have nothing but good things to say about my interactions with this company!

The bag can only take the lunch pack in the bottom with small things in the top, or big things like laptops etc in from the top and no lunchbox. Not both as the advertising shows. The quality is average and not worth the 'sale' price but I'm just relieved to have received the bag at all after seeing some of the reviews here.

I wish I had a product to review.. fearing knock-offs. I went to the manufacturers site for the "original" item. That was 16 days ago.. and the product has still not left China. At week two I contacted them to cancel the order and was told it was "on its way." Perhaps.. but that is still in China.. It has yet to leave the country after a 16 day window.

Ordered on 10/10/25 and still not delivered as of 12/11/25. I reached out several times and they did not respond until 11/18, suddenly the tracking info showed that they were sending me the order and it arrived on 12/9, except it had not arrived. I double checked my address and security cameras, nothing was delivered that day as claimed. I’ll be disputing the charge on my credit card and reporting them to the BBB and my state’s AG office.

Goods not received. Zero response from their customer care team. This is a scam.

I ordered a backpack from Packuumbags and noticed the insert did not work properly. I emailed their support team right away and was happy they were very quick and efficient with their replies. In the end I got a new backpack and I love it! Very happy with my new bag and thinking about buying another one soon!

Scam, this bag is a cheap Chinese version, it's available on Temu for 20€, go check it out before buying these.

I received the bag I ordered, but one of the zippers didn’t zip properly. I asked for their address to return the bag, but was asked to send pictures, which I did. Then they asked me if I’d take a replacement. I said no. I asked again for their address. They replied I would have to pay return shipping, which I already knew. About a week after I’d started they asked me if I’d take a partial refund. At first I said no, then said yes because I was tired of the haggling. It’s now been three weeks, and I have received nothing. Again I’m asking for the return address, but no answer.

The bag is shocking quality and absolutely not worth the price paid. I requested to return the item for a full refund, to which I was told I would have to pay for shipping myself (return address is in China so would have cost £60+!!!!). I therefore complained and was offered to keep the bag and receive a 50% refund, which I accepted. It has now been 30 days and I have still not received my refund, despite having sent 4 chaser emails.
Absolutely appalling company, poor quality products and horrendous customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Spent €120 for bag and make up bag. They never arrived. Contacted the company and they responded saying it was clearly marked "Pre Order". It was not marked pre order. Over two months later and no bags!!! Its a scam, avoid!!!

Terrible experience. I ordered the bag and didn’t receive a tracking number. Had to reach out repeatedly. Finally they tell me the bag was delivered - turns out it was sent to the wrong address, and then they stopped responding. I’m out $100.

Just got my Packuum Modern Backpack. Excellent bag. Doesn't feel cheap like I thought it would. Comfortable padded straps, roomy top compartment, insulated lunch box that keeps my drinks and lunch cool in the Queensland heat. Carries my iPad Pro 13" with keyboard case easily. Very happy.
I was worried after I ordered it that I might not get it or that it wouldn't be exactly what I wanted it to be, but I am pleasantly surprised.

They never sent me my bag and wouldn't refund me the money. They claimed it was a "preorder" yet it didn't say that anywhere, and after showing them multiple screenshots they still didn't refund me. Absolute SCAM.

Ordered a bag and some other items for a gift. Paid for expedited shipping and assumed the bag would be shipped withing the time frame indicated on the website. Within 48hrs, I received a email stating the order was processed with a tracking number. After a few days, the tracking number still hadn't populated a an update, so I emailed Packuum. I was then told the package was shipped and was provided a different tracking number. After over a week, I still have no tracking update and no items. I emailed Packuum again, and explained the situation and the concern. I was then told the item order was a "pre-order item" and would be shipped once it was manufactured. I responded stating that I was given two tracking number AND paid for expedited shipping. I asked for a refund as the event the gift was required for had passed. I was then told there would be a 30% fee for refunds (even the 30% fee is only for processed order, and I was told that same day the order hasn't been processed yet). Listen to the other reviews. This website is FRAUD. I looked at the positive reviews and found a few redflags, indicating they are likely fake reviews. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I wasted a couple hundred dollars and the've stopped responding to emails.
