Terrible bag. Uncomfortable, the zips feel flimsy and like they're going to break every time I try and zip it and the website indicated there is a separate compartment for the lunchbag and there isn't - so I have to empty the main compartment to put the lunchbag in the bottom every time!
Astounded that their policy says no refunds unless the bag arrives damaged - fairly sure that's a breach of Online Trading. Do not buy from them. Get the knock-off from Amazon for £35.

I ordered a bag from this company on line and they are refusing to take it back unless damaged or faulty. I would assume all on line retailers nowadays return goods which don’t meet customer expectations- beware. Looks like they are ripping people off

Do NOT buy! I got my bag and it had a terrible smell to it! There response "due to a recent surge in order we shipped the product out right after production rather then our normal drying process of a week". Will not replace or refund and I would have to pay for the shipping back to them before they will replace it!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!! As well, the product looks like plastic!

I really wanted to love this company because I'd been looking for a bag that has plenty of pockets and storage, preferably made by a woman since we all share similar experiences of having stuff disappear in our bags.

Whoever manages their customer service email has awful people skills and no accountability. I purchased their Modern Lunch Backpack in early October when they had the promotion advertised of receiving a "free gift" of a detachable lunch bag (note that in the product description for the lunch backpack you should already have a lunch bag included, so this "free gift" should be an ADDITIONAL one).

I received two tracking numbers but the second package mysteriously never arrived. I contacted customer service telling them of my experience, and they claimed that I received everything as advertised. They refused to honor what is clearly listed on the website from early October (10/4), last week (10/21), and they told me on 10/24 they'd speak to "management" to "fix that part" of the website. As of 10/30 they are still falsely advertising this "deal/promotion" of this free gift that will not arrive.

I have no problem paying for a single product, but I have no respect for companies that try to reel in customers with promotional free gifts that are empty promises, and are not apologetic and don't make attempts to fix it.

Make sure whoever you are giving this to is going to like it before purchasing. I guess I’m used to Amazon where you can return things whenever for whatever. This bag was too big for my wife, but the company would not let me return for a refund. So much for supporting small businesses. Looks like even if you do qualify for a refund you have to go through the gauntlet to receive any money back

After reading some reviews here I was feeling a little nervous after ordering a backpack and messaged the team with my concerns. They wrote back quickly and assured me they were legit but I was still worried. Well today I received the ordered back pack - tracking was perfect, delivery was timely and the backpack is exactly as advertised! A very relieved and happy customer here.

The ordering process was quick and easy and I was kept up to date with delivery details. The delivery did take longer than expected and this the reason for 5 stars not 5. The bag itself is brilliant. I got my laptop, leads, notebook, pen, tissues, purse and a wrap in the bag with ease. The lunch box was spacious enough for my breakfast, lunch and snacks plus a bottle of Diet Coke. Only having to carry one bag made it so much easier than juggling multiple bags. Very happy with my purchase.

Absolutely horrible experience! SCAM!

I ordered a bag for $100 and it never showed up. I followed up for 2 months asking for a status update on my package / tracking info. Received responses that were unhelpful and lacked detail / follow through / quality customer service. After 3 months I requested a refund and was told I would get it within 3-5 business days. That was a lie. Never received the refund and I’ve been contacting the company nonstop and they haven’t been responding.

Terrible quality. It feels like plastic, the compartments are not big enough for anything. The food compartment has no structure and gets squashed by anything inside the bag. Worst of all, their customer service has ignored all of my emails requesting a return and refund.

I was in contact with the company for a missing item and after answering they were going to look into it they just disappeared and didn't answer anymore. The bag is ok but is the same quality as temu.

Ordered an (overpriced) bag as a gift, there were shipping delays so item arrived late, therefore didn’t have a use for it so emailed company to return. Stated I has to return to China and pay my own postage which was almost the price of the bag, or they offered me to keep the bag and give me a partial refund.
That was the start of August, I am still waiting for this partial refund in October. I email constantly, to which I get either no reply or someone saying they will “chase it up”. This company is such a scam, please save your money!!

I did have issues with delivery but think original bag went missing. When informed they did reply and new bag was despatched.

I just received my bag yesterday which was a gift to my wife. She absolutely is obsessed with the color scheme and how spacious it is. Bag is super lightweight, it feels like you don’t even have anything on. Perfect for the traveling we do and going to be super easy to pack with. The team was also great in communicating with me about the tracking of the bag and was always there when I had any questions. Seriously considering buying the black tote/backpack bag for myself. Ordered both the full black and also the white bag for my wife. She loves them. Good quality bags and ideal for work. Materials seem like they will last, straps are strong and zips fasten great too. Initially bought the cheap version off a well known online store but the difference in quality is so apparent.

I’ll admit I was a bit worried at first after reading some of the reviews, but my parcel arrived after 7 days. Honestly, I don’t understand the negativity I really love my bag! Delivery just took a little longer than expected. I’m so happy with it that I’ll be ordering the backpack next.

This bags are perfect! The separate lunch compartment is super handy and keeps everything neat. It holds a lot, keeps my food fresh, and looks cute too. I use it every day definitely a great buy!
